  1. Thanks Sunnie! :) No, I don't see how that's possible, this is an RPG not shooter like Quake were you kill everything. There would be no game if everyone was dead.

Thanks for this thread and all your work on this site, buddah! :thumbsup: Could have sworn I saw a mod that allowed adjustment of the cooldown time on Shouts, but after searching for 'shout', 'cool', 'down' and 'cooldown with no luck. Thanks for any tips. Edit: Is there a mod that makes a Follower wait definitely at the location you leave them? I use Illia, would like her to stay at a house, instead of returning to Darklight (who the hell would call that place home :tongue: ). Or at a spot where a quest forces her out of group, due to a quest Follower joining group, then I always know where to find her.

  4. Anyone know the commands to set Age, wear 2 rings and automatically remove bodies after a time? It's possible to remove most bodies manually by opening the console, clicking the body, typing...disable
  5. Thanks scot. :) After New Vegas using interior and exterior separately, thought it was an evolved step for all the future games.

  7. Thanks for the reply Thandal, :) I do have the same problem as Fonger and I'm not using different fonts as Pronam suggest, nor are my fonts too big. In Firefox I can hold down the Ctl, then Mouse Scroll to the smallest text or to the largest and it doesn't fix it. The only site working correctly is Skyrim, which doesn't have content atm. A second problem, which could be related is when I go to The Elder Scrolls portal, can't seem to figure out how to JUST see Morrowind or Oblivion content. The top 100 or Search only a specific game, we seem to be left with only being able to Search by Category. It wouldn't make it so difficult if these two games didn't carry the largest content of the site (if they are not the largest, their still pretty dang big) . Unless Nexus is having a policy shift to prevent viewing Morrowind Top 100 or Oblivion Top 100? Hope this is the correct thread, if not please let me know and feel free to move any posts. Thanks again for the site and any help. :)

  9. Wow, too bad I missed this thread an any others like it. Also apologies for Necro'ing and continuing this thread if it's against policy. First of all Freaking HUGE thanks to my hero Thandal for the solution. :salute: Secondly, Stardusk I can refute your Morrigian points and the whole idea about hard choices, well until I've heard otherwise. I don't even hate Morrigan just the false premise the writers created to feign hard choices. The reason the ending is wrong becasue it's a completely false choice, this is the REAL ending with Loghain being sacrificed to redeem his crimes. The reason it's a false choice is becasue the writing doesn't allow Alistair the intelligence to see this and his only response is to become an alcoholic. The reason Morrigan's writing and premise is false is becasue of everything she is willing to scarifice if she is wrong, e.g. the idea she believes everything Flemeth says or writes is accurate, full proof and without flaw. She repeatable is suspicious (rightly so) the entire game. I actually like a lot about Morrigan's character but it falls off a cliff at the end. It's easy to see her having to struggle with being around others. Imagine the worst case scenario of an only child, never learning to share. Don't get me wrong there is a lot of noble things she does and says if you talk to her and treat her well, i.e as a non evil player. The false premise comes from, in the ending she is making decisions based solely for her personal benefit quite probably at the expense of their world. This is against where her character and the game grew into, the entire time as a non evil play through. It was really bad writing or game design if the writer was forced to write these endings. So just to be clear, there is nothing wrong with writing as an evil ending but not as a game that pulls the rug out from under the player, just becasue they are trying to be dramatic. False choices. :wink:

  13. Has anyone considered trying to save Cassidy Caravans, it might even be a good point for a romance? I realized that once you get Cassidy, if you follow her questline you never want to turn in her signed contract, which I never did. Technically and legally too she still owns it if you never turn in the quest. Couldn't we just give it back to her, since.....(humm, don't see a Spoiler Tag). Spoiler Alert. ...it was based a fraud and wouldn't the player get tons of Rep from her for saving her company, maybe even romance? It just seems like a natural progression of the game, cut content maybe or add-on pack. :tongue:

  15. Some mods just leave them out, some are installed to the wrong directory. You could probably get a more useful answer if you stated which mod is giving you problems, also if you using a Loader like OMM or Bash.

I ran into this problem before, iirc I found that Oblivion XP either doesn't accept changes after the script has already started a game (e.g. you have to start a new game every time you change it) OR it won't update the change till the next level up. I didn't wait till next level to find out, as I made my change right outside the cell and just started over, once I realized. If you mean Oblivion XP Update by AndalayBay you can ask in the thread. AndalayBay has done a great job upgrading and integrating on SirFrederik original great mod, replies to questions and is constantly updating it. I don't think SirFrederik is actively working on his original.
  17. Ok it worked changing to Black Horse, thanks! The only problem I had was everytime I got off the horse it started walking away back to it's home. Not really sure where Home was but guessing it was where I placed it on the map or the nearest stable. Had to delete GoHome AI script to solve this, now it just waits for me or teleports to the closed stable when in a town.

  19. Thanks Hickory, I checked and there was no Ownership set. When I Fast Traveled to Chedyenhal and moused over the horse it wasn't stealing. Set NPC Ownership to Player, but that still didn't seem to help, exit the sewers no horse. Your right though it must be something associated with Chedyenhal, as it auto moves there even though I removed the associated script and AI. The only two AI are HorsePCStay and HorsePCStandStill, not having ridden the horse before might be causing a different script to kick in, I guess. Maybe I should try to do a Summon Horse Script. Thanks for any tips
  20. Made a copy of the Cheydinhal horse, edited it to remove the Cheydinhal script and removed the AI Cheydinhal return script, then made other edits too, renamed, new ID, stats color and such. Then placed the horse outside the Starting Prison Sewer exit, yet once I exit the Horse isn't there, I Fast Travel to Cheydinhal it's in the Pen as if I had bought it already. Why won't the horse appear at the exit, shouldn't removing the Cheydinhal script and AI then placing it be enough? Thanks for any tips.

  22. You could try moving it higher in the load order instead of where you have it now at last. If you haven't heard there is a program called BOSS that helps with load orders and there is Wyre Bash that Merges (sort of) mods. Wyre Bash is a little harder to use, takes a bit of experience and knowledge about mods and editing. Also are you using OMM OMODs, you can run the Conflict Utility.
  23. Is it possible to add Dark Brotherhood faction to your Companions to allow them to follow you into the Sanctum? Though not sure if adding them to a Notorious Faction would have an effect on Good Paladin type companions like Saerileth. Thanks for any help.
