just had a look at the mod page and the reshade framework page and it's a really complicated install with little information. you might be better off trying an ENB and adjusting the colour balance and saturation in the game. you also get the memory boost, which can improve performance. there are lots of good presets set up for performance that have very little effect on frame rate. sorry I couldn't be of any help

the only ones that look risque are possibly the 1st, 3rd and last. they aren't showing nudity but they wouldn't look out of place on the cover of a "Gentleman's Magazine". is the mod classed as adult because of the images or because it requires (and links) a mod that does have adult images and content? (Valkyr Female Face and Body)

does the reshade require any other files? some need the ENB files from enbdev.com (the download button is the tiny black arrow pointing down at the bottom left of the page) have a read of the reshade's install instructions again. sometimes they require you to make edits to the ini files for the reshade or they require you to rename a .dll

that should point you to the next stage of that quest to go meet the heads of department. ignore Father and Synth Shaun and head on to the next stage. you might have to console "unlock" on the door to get out of that room, but hopefully you will be able to continue

in NMM in the plugins tab, on the left are some icons. the bottom 2 are export and import load order. once you have sorted your load order, export it to a text file. this is very useful if you update a mod and can't remember where exactly to put the esp as you can just import the load order and it resorts the mods to how you had them. this guide is a good starting point for sorting your load order this guide is pretty good for using wrye and fo4edit to solve mod compatibility errors as well as sorting masters. use NMM to move the esp files in the load order use wrye to identify problems use fo4edit to fix problems

Can't Delete Mods Due To Access Being Denied
MightyZ0G replied to TimeyLurdJeddur's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
you could try this not sure if you can run a bat file as administrator, but if you can, that might do the trick. if that doesn't work, you could try installing Steam to your C: drive and not putting it in a folder, especially not PFx86. it won't get rid of that enb file, but you should be able to play fallout again. -
don't use code tags use spoiler tags so that you don't have to keep scrolling past the load order every time you look at the thread for replies  spoiler tags are written like this
paste your load order here
An explanation for Fallout 4's lack of rebuilding?
MightyZ0G replied to stebbinsd's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
but the LL is a little silly. if enemies get better as you get better, what is the point of getting better? the point of leveling up is to be able to beat the enemies that were too tough earlier in the game. having their level linked to yours makes leveling up pointless. in an extreme example, if you had a character with low endurance and you never took any perks that boosted HP, a rad roach could kill you quicker when you were at level 100 than it would if you were at level 1. how does that make any sense? I suppose it's because when I started playing RPGs there weren't any leveled lists. enemies didn't magically get better because I had. I do concede that LLs can be used constructively to make sure that certain bosses are at a level relative to the player for reasons of plot, but not every single enemy. -
Cedaie takes down hk416 pics and video
MightyZ0G replied to AgentAmbush's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
this video is 2 months old, so maybe people gave him grief over finding a home instead of working on the mod and he decided he didn't want to mod any more. a real shame if that is the case -
There Is a Railroad Armored Mk IX?
MightyZ0G replied to FeuerFrieden's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
I think that could be from War of the Commonwealth which is why it can't be modded ;) -

according to a statement given on a youtube video, he said that real life has got in the way. the project hasn't been abandoned, but he's taken it down so it isn't there taunting people. -
FO4 CTD on fast travel to the institute?
MightyZ0G replied to JustDave11517's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
to reset a settler, the main command is recycleactor you could also use enable to respawn them quickly. and moveto player to bring them to you so you can resort their inventory. just open the console when you are at one of these settlers, select them to bring up their ID then use those 3 commands and they should have all their weapons and armour in their inventory but it might need to be equipped. you can use the cursor up & down arrows to scroll through previous commands, so you only need to type them once, then use the arrows to select the commands rather than typing every time. this will let you name settlers who have lost their name -

An explanation for Fallout 4's lack of rebuilding?
MightyZ0G replied to stebbinsd's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
what it really needs is an end to leveled lists. make areas inaccessible by putting strong enemies there. give quests a story. look at all the little stories hidden on terminals that are full of detail. then when it comes to a quest we get a generic "go there. kill everything. (optional) pick something up. return to quest giver". why couldn't they form all those details, that a large percentage of players ignore or miss, into quests that give you a fuller sense of the world around you? -
I use no offscreen settlement attacks. attacks only happen when you are there and if you have a few turrets and guards it is an easy win. heavily defended settlements can often kill all the raiders before you realise where they are attacking from. good for easy XP and loads of weapons and junk.

Quoted for truth. Well said. that's all fine as long as free mods are not seen as competition to the Creation Club. are you going to pay money for a Chinese Stealth Suit or get the free one from Nexus? considering that there will be many more people making free mods than working on CC contracts, how long before there are multiple alternatives to the Creation Club content? considering that setting all this up is costing Bethesda Game Studios, Bethesda Softworks and Zenimax Media money to set up and run, do you really think they will ignore competition that they could stop with a very simple C&D order. Take Two have set a precedent for halting free modding. it isn't apocalyptic BS to speculate on the ramifications of recent activity within the entire computer game industry. if you really think that Bethesda hold Fallout up as something sacred that they wouldn't sully with microtransactions or the like, look at Fallout Shelter.

PipPOD lets you add a separate station with up to 50 of your songs. Mix Tapes adds 3 holotapes that can each hold up to 30 tracks. Reneer's Radio Mod lets you change the station on in game radios so that you can tune them to the PipPOD station

iirc, in place everywhere, when you want to scale something you just highlight it by looking at it rather than selecting it. took me a while to figure out what I was doing wrong

you can make a mod that recreates something from another game but you can't use the actual assets from the other game (models, textures, sounds, etc), those have to be made from scratch

whose advice did you follow?

have you got a save from before the institute? try that and see if it still bugs after talking to Shaun. if it still bugs, open the console and type setstage mq207 150 and it should move the quest on

this will make it so your settlements won't get attacked when you are not there. with a few turrets and guards in the right place and the presence of you and your companion makes it easier for your settlements to drive off mutants or raiders.
