  1. Hi Dark0ne, i want to suggest to add the online fashion store Zalando to your affiliated store page. Zalando is available for some european countrys like Germany. You don't have a store for german useres and i think we have some nexus users here, which are using Zalando (me ;)). Have seen they will pay up to 8%. Here the Zalando.co.uk link, so you can have a look: http://www.zalando.co.uk/ Btw, i'm missing a button for the page with the affilited stores on the new nexus pages, maybe you want to add it :) Sarah sorry for not digging out the old thread and creating a new one :whistling:
  2. Hi Scorpia5, if the game crashes after startup it is a bad esp or a bad nif. Are you sure it is the body replacer? If you have other mods installed i would suggest to uncheck them in fomm for testing. The replacer consists of some new nif files and texture files, no esp. The files only need to be copied into the right directory and it should work. If the nifs are bad, you need to download the mod again, but i think in this case you would have get an error message while extracting them. Sarah
  3. A quick visit to say hello to you :)
  4. Puhhh...., Well...., this is a very powerfull gaming computer, if you ask me there is no "real" need to upgrade it. My suggestions would be: CPU: if you have the small one with 2.6GHz upgrade it to the i7 960 with 3.2 GHz, or take the one with 6 cores (970 or 980 ~ 450 - 500€) Ram: upgrade it with another 6GB Kit to 12 MB, or if you like go for a 12GB Kit GPU: no need to upgrade this Mobo: no "real" need to upgrade this, if you want to have usb 3.0 and sata 3 you can upgrade it HDD: i would add a SSD for the operation system PSU: if it is getting old and tired buy a new one, a damaged psu can destroy your whole rig Case: buy a new one ;) Sarah
  5. Edit: Hi, its a "Scour redirect virus", please try this little Kasparsky Tool: http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208280684 Sarah
  6. :wallbash: Thanks Dark0ne, Sarah
  7. Hi, i wanted to upload Kelsey Companion conversion mod for Fallout New Vegas. The mod is still hidden, a file and the description is added. Now i wanted to add some pictures and i got an Error. Have a look at the picture i have attached, maybe it helps. Thats the link of the page where it appears: http://files.newvegasnexus.com/members/addimages.php?id=43845 System: Win7 64bit, Firefox 6.0.2 Hope you can help me with this Sarah
  8. If you have 6 ram slots you are owning a Intel i7 system with socket lga 1366. If it is the motherboard i think (4) it is a Gigabyte EX58, would be nice if you can give the exact type ;). The X58 chipset supports up 24 GB of Ram, if you already have installed 3x2GB you can easily add another tripple 2 GB set for 12GB ram. There is no limitation in that, use DDR 3 tripple channel Kits and it will work. If you have Corsair in it i would suggest to stay with that brand and buy another 6GB pack from Corsair. Btw, the advantage of using DDR3 1066 or DDR3 2000+ is very small, but its your choice oc. Building a PC is like Lego for adults, the plugs will only fit there they belong to be fitted. Have space around and some antistatic bags where you can place the parts during the change process, mind static energy can destroy your Hardware, so please do yourself a favour and dont do it on the carpet. If you begin, open the old case and take a photo if it so you will know where your cards and cables were installed (sometimes windows is moaning if you change the slot...). After that begin with the Harddrive and other drives. Unplug them and remove them. After that you will have more space and you can unplug the rest, remove the wires and remove the cards. My advice would be to unplug the main power connector as the last action you will do before you remove the mainboard. Why?, because with it plugged in your computer is still grounded. Btw, you don't !! need to remove your CPU or the cooler from the mainboard for this whole procedure. Well, to be honest i don't think you will need a 1000W PSU until you want to have a sli or crossfire system. For a "normal" i7 a 600W PSU is more than enough. There is a calculator available at the bequiet homepage, maybe you want to check it. If it is the mainboard i'm thinking it is there is no need to change it. The i7 is still a very powerful system. If you want to replace it motherbord only makes no sense, i would replace motherboard and cpu, because the cpu is that thing what give the power ;). Btw, which graphic card are you using? Sarah
  9. Hi guys, our dark knight called Dark0ne just said: In light of the current news, you will no longer be required to adhere to an NDA ;) so we are to late
  10. For New Vegas you can count me in, too. I own also F3, but i haven't done any mods for it myself but i'm used to mod F3 too, oc. Sarah
  11. Extroversion |||||||||||||| 58% Orderliness |||||||||||||| 55% Emotional Stability |||||||||||||||| 67% Accommodation |||||||||||||| 58% Inquisitiveness |||||||||||||||| 67% Extroversion results were moderately high which suggests you are, at times, overly talkative, outgoing, sociable and interacting at the expense of developing your own individual interests and internally based identity. Orderliness results were medium which suggests you are moderately organized, structured, and self controlled while still remaining flexible, varied, and fun. Emotional Stability results were moderately high which suggests you are relaxed, calm, secure, and optimistic. Accommodation results were moderately high which suggests you are, at times, overly kind natured, trusting, and helpful at the expense of your own individual development (martyr complex). Inquisitiveness results were moderately high which suggests you are intellectual, curious, imaginative but possibly not very practical. Well, i think the test is right, would think the same way about me. Especially the last " intellectual, curious, imaginative but possibly not very practical", i have two left hands, but to be honest i'm a high educated girl and for the practical things i have others to do it :), well and if there is no one who wants to make my diner i call the pizza service
  12. Hi, Well, upgrading a old agp system is a thing you should have thought abaut. The Radeon 3850 agp is powerfull, but keep in mind, atm the 6xxx series is available and spending 50$ for an outdated card is a lot of cash. The 6200 is very basic and i cant really imagine f3 is working with it. If it was running maybe you can try to run f3 in a window with a lower resolution.
  13. Hi jefthereaper, portable version of FF is very useful and nice to test it. If you decide to use it as your primary browser i would think the installed version is better. Glad i could be helpful :) Sarah
  14. Hi jefthereaper, IE9 is for Windows Vista and 7. I would suggest you to try Firefox portable, you dont need to install it, only download, extract and start it. So you wont need to upgrade your pc or you have to install lots of stuff. Have a look at google for it. If you dont want to change your browser an easy way to upgrade you computer is the automatic update function for Windows. If you enable it your Windows will download and install all necessary patches on its own. Sarah
  15. Its working on my LG phone, too. I'm using the dolphin browser and all is fine there, even the adds.
  16. Hi, you should compare the 560 with the Radeon 6870 or the 6950. The 560 is between theses Radeon in performance and price. Hope you find something that will fit your needs. Sarah
  17. Hi, i have a strange failure in displaying the new design in my Firefox. It was shown correct but when i was having a look at it an hour ago it shows up like this (added pic). Because i'm not sure if this is caused by some of my addons i will show you the whole FF (blacked out only my links and open taps). Specs: Windows 7 64bit (german) Firefox 6.0 (german) Sarah http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/9248/firefoxdesogmissue.th.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us
  18. Hi Dark0ne, thanks for all your work and the time you are spending in improving the site. Sarah
  19. Hi, for me IE9 is working different for the different kind of nexus. In New Vegas Nexus all is fine with the comments (viewing and adding), in Dragon Age Nexus i have the same problem like the posters above. Specs: Win7 x64, IE9 64bit with latest updates. Sarah Edit: Now it is working for the DA Nexus for me.
  20. Hi, you have to make the mod requiring the DLC. Taking it out and make it available without the dlc would be a copyright breach, and make sure you write it into your legal notes. Sarah
  21. Hi, well, i don't think it is possible to load F3 stuff in the NV Geck. It is the same like you want to load an F3 mod in NV Geck, you have to port it into a NV esm first. But, to be honest, i'm not sure if it is possible to port the F3 esm into a NV esm.
  22. Hi, well, in my experience a ctd at the startup from NV is caused by mods or by an edited ini file. If you have edited it i would suggest to replace it with your old copy. You can test this by deactivating all mods and try to start NV. Sarah
  23. Hi, the combo price is the sum of the parts from newegg, so this is fair. The 85$ for the two useless software should be better invested if you take a Radeon 6970 (350 $). The Asus mobo is very high priced and if you need such a hightech one you have to decide yourself. I'm using the good old Asus Maximus (s775) and i don't regret it that i have spend the money for it. There is one point in this rig that bothers me, it has only one 2TB harddrive, in such a high priced gaming rig i would expect at least one small ssd for the operating system. A 60GB SSD is around 100$, so you should think about it if you want to add one. Sarah
  24. Hi mate, be happy you have asked . Search for another one with the specifications you want to have. There are more retail systems out there and other stores. Have a look at newegg to get an overview and decide which components you want to have. If you wont build it yourself have a look at different stores or ask in a computer store if they could build one for you. Keep in mind, they want your money, you have the choice  Sarah
  25. Hi, well i have some critics for the new design. I have done two screenshots so you can see what i mean. i) http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/3900/nvnexus1.th.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us ii) http://img200.imageshack.us/img200/4383/nvnexus2.th.jpg Uploaded with ImageShack.us The images are rescaled to to 16:9 so "old" 4:3 images are looking strange, would it be possible to show the preview image without rescaling it? Edit: The endorsements are not shown, is this planned that way? Sarah
