How do I make Nevada Skies work with other mods

Nevada Skies won't work for worldspaces added by mods since only the vanilla game worldspace plus the DLC ones have the changes. Sorry. -
Dragon mounts and Morrowind are cool and all. But I really want spears man!

I've reinstalled New Vegas with all DLCs now onboard, and I would like a opinion on a good and stable method of choosing which mods to install first. I'm thinking that UI and graphical improvements mods should be put on first, then characters and quests, and finally weapons and armor. Something like that? And of course before all of that, nvse, wrye bash and NMM would be installed. What do you guys think?

I think its been merged with the Ojo Bueno HD textures or something, or superseded I guess.

It should be simple to add a undershirt model from one of the other armors using nifskope.

I'd love to see him as a miniboss at the end of a dungeon or something. It sounds better than having many copies of a wereshark running around.

I'd honestly like to see something that takes place on the border with Hammerfell and Orsinium. Also something that works in more of the stuff we saw in gamejam, like spears, moving platforms, more dragon types, things like that.

You should definitely look into the STALKER series, Its three games set inside the Zone of Alienation around Chernobyl, which is now full of anomalies, mutant and criminals trying to get rich off of the artifacts found from the anomalies. -

I've been floating around on the forums for a while now, posted some stuff about making new physically different Dragon types, some stuff about the Dwemer in a thread I intend to return to in a few days, and all of this modelling requires knowledge of one thing. Nifskope. I have Nifskope, and I have to say I am completely lost. What, is the quickest way to put all of the necessary nodes on a custom weapon? Which nodes are essential?

I've watched the show recently, and they are actually brass in color. The handles themselves are black leather however. -

Do you have a picture of the models? I can have a go at texturing them if you want. The only problem might be getting that blue glow to play nice though. And here's a idea for the location: You find them in a Dwemer workshop? -

^ I think it's because in the present games, they are counted as beastfolk alongside Khaajit and Argonians. So in the present they are orcs, but in the past they were a race of elves.

^ Well, maybe this hypothetical dlc could have you discovering one of the outer stations of a huge underground rail network built by the Dwemer, a sort of motorized 'Deep Roads'. And from there, you zip along to the remnants of Red Mountain, although that would just retread old ground I guess.

I want a dlc that lets you explore the inner reaches of the Dwemer cities, like say, going to Kagrenac's workshop, or accidentally activating a humanoid dwemer centurion that was the original prototype for the Numidium golem. That'd be sweet. Note, I don't to actually meet or see the Dwemer themselves, that would ruin their legacy for me.

Which ending do you usually go for and why?

^ To be fair, the Followers of the Apocalypse do what the NCR do at least ten times better and more effectively. But yeah, that does seem like the best ending. -
^ I don't see how they could make it similar to 1 and 2. It'd be hard to capture the feel of a post-apocalyptic wasteland if everything is being rebuilt at a steady pace. They should set it in a remote area that's one of the last remaining 'true' wastelands in the states, possibly Chicago or somewhere else in that region.
