Usually, after that new rating system starts, it's hard to promote mods again. So the highest endorsements means the most popular, but now I can't find those who not popular but it's so good. But except the endorsements system, this new rating system is good. But . . . I've found a list at bethesda's forums ! Downloading the game through steam or d2d is NOT illegal. Other ways are illegal (except maybe on 40th anniversary maybe Bethesda going to gave them away for free.

I don't know if his friend can complain it to Bethesda. Can he just say : "I downloaded your game from Steam but my internet awfully slow, can I just get the disc one for free ?" I guess not. It maybe possible (maybe) for you to uninstall your game, then giving the game disc to your friend so he can play it. Can anyone clarify this ?

I love those games ! Why I loved them is because most of them have the thing of ruling the world. And since they are no type of game that's a pure RTS ruling the world. I loved those !

I've read this topic before, but too lazy to reply it. It's a great idea for rich folks, but you really need to think where we going to get the money. So not only things to spend money on, but things that gives us money. Next those things have to be useful, example buy a shop to gain money.

You mean download from Steam or Direct 2 Drive right ? Why he doesn't buy the disc, rather than download it. And to give it to a friend, that's quite a bit illegal. But if he buys the game by himself, and you give your mods (not including SI), I don't think giving mods it's illegal.

Try to make the difficulty slider a little (or a lot) to the left. It makes the game more easy. Or if your not a fan of OOO, (like me) you could just disable OOO.

Well, it's rare for an infinite quest mods to show up.

The sooner it's start, the sooner it's finished. But this maybe can take at least a month to finish. Anyone's interested ?

Well, first I don't like this new rating system, then I get used to it, and enjoyed this rating system. Now, I don't like it. The categories sorting is nice, but on the old rating system, we just can click on browse categories, select one category, then sort by rating or downloads and make it descending. By only doing that, we can know the Top 100. Well, it's easier with the new rating system, but I don't like it because it's sorted by the highest popularity. Now, I don't know where is the perfomance tweaking mods is. Because people here prefer quality mods, not perfomance mods. Means it's going to be hard to search those mods. P.S : My pc is from 2004 ! No wonder I need them.
