You want to use Photoshop. But to make it to work with the game texture files, you need a DDS plugin : http://developer.nvidia.com/object/photosh...ds_plugins.html The first step is to creating your mesh using Blender, but I can't help you with this. I'm not expert at modelling, then you need to texture it. You might find the tutorials useful, sorry but I don't know where to find it. So maybe the new stats of each file is : - Downloads - Views - Thumbs Up - Thumbs Down - Score based on # endorsements to file age. - Score based on # endorsements for each unique user downloads. "The unpopular hard worked creations must be treated honorably !" Maybe they are newbies to the Nexus ? Maybe just pm the admins ?

It's a rare rare thing for a mod will be translated to chinese. Usually it's Italian, German, or Spanish. Maybe in Polish (Seen a mod like that). Because Italian, German, French and Spanish have their own version (I think it it, can someone clarify this ?). So a mod translated in Chinese, usually very rare. (Isn't Chinese is the most populated nation. It's a big deal if many people playing there ! Say my greetings to China !)

I thought this will end this way, no modelers want to join the competition, no means to insult you. But . . . you may want to ask them . . . personallly . Just pm the modders here, you may want ask Fallout 3 modelers instead, modelling everywhere it's the same thing. Not many modders here mod for fame you know. Many of them mod for hobby and love (I learned this from another great modder out there), many of them to pleased you, but I think rare of them for fame and glory. I don't think we can even use any vanilla things to make that. Do you think it's that easy to expect more than two professional modders to compete creating that armor. It's not that modders not brave enough to try, but that's a bit to much. Believe me, if anyone create that mod, It will get to the Top 100, quickly, very quickly. It's a look alike contest, no need to be perfect, but I think there's no one can make it look alike if it's not a hard work. No mean to insult your posts, but . . . You can't just ask those professional modders to enter your competition (you said it will give them alot more fame in the Nexus), while not all modders mod for fame, but some or many worked because they love to do so. Easy, if you want to do it yourself, open the CS, enable the race mod's esp, just make a NPC in the CS, then choose the race (custom race), customize the NPC, then put it somewhere in Cyrodiil. Then save the esp, then enabled the esp and the race's esp. Easy, easy, easy. That's the simple description, but if you know to use CS I'm sure you can do it. :wink:

Morrowind it's illegal, you may find out more in the link that Netwit2008 gave. One of Bethesda's staff said this : "Essentially, we let folks mod our games like Morrowind or Oblivion, but we don’t allow for folks to take content from another game and put it into a new game – even if they own both copies, and even if it's one of our own games." Morrowind it's a great content if it's not illegal, and it doesn't even make Bethesda loses their money, with the fact we have to buy the original Morrowind first. But, it's illegal, Bethesda said this and it's best to do what they say. You can still use the mods that add Morrowind to Oblivion, like Silgrad Tower and the mod I gave the link earlier. We need to respect copyrights, like it or not.
