Agreed ! But can you do it yourself ? You might want to personally change the lights there into a larger radius, or lighten up the ambient lights. You could do it yourself, you might find "Find and Replace" function being very useful. If brighter it's what you need, you maybe want to try that. No need to be expert at modding, using "Find and Replace" is enough. Example, there are many lights that have radius of 150, you can replace that with the lights who have the radius of 250. Personally, I can make it my self, but seems I'm too lazy to do that. I'm sure you can do it.
