Better Cities consist of a few good mods. One of them is ImpeREAL City - Unique Districts, who change the look of IC.

We can't use cheats at X360 and PS3. And using tgm just too a cheat for me, we need to be creative, you see ? (using tgm for rampage is better than to swim on lava)

I'm not really that crazy, but I enjoyed the main quest greatly. After that, I took a big time exploring SI, and found out, there's not many to be done.

I think there's a better way. The rating system uses percentage thumbs up. We still use the thumbs up system but at the download page, but not only it displayed thumbs up and thumbs down. But there's an additional percentage score. Example, if a mod downloaded 100, and got 10 thumbs up, means got 10% score. So the mod with highest thumbs up maybe the most popular, but the one with the highest percentage score is the best. With this, it's better than the old rating system and improve currently rating system.

NPCs sometimes have bounties, you may try Reneers Guard Overhaul mod. It doesn't make NPCs doesn't have bounties, but you may found the mod interesting.

I do the silent murdering in almost every castle in the world. Which is left is only the essential characters. But the most ridiculous is making the citizen and guards fight each other using frenzy spell. I got a big bounty after that, and decide to run to Shivering Isles. I think there's a section on uesp.net who contains a list of what to do when you're born. When I post this, uesp.net had a problem, so I can't give the link. (I do remember playing bowling with potions.

Yeah, we should got different prison cells for diffrent bounty. Higher bounty, higher security, and the prison needs to be filled. Maybe local criminals should got in the city prison, instead high level criminals should got the high security prison in the Imperial City. And maybe there's should a higher security for mages that can unlock cells with spells. Wonder who reported your last post ?

Your work is amazing, but I have an important question. "What will we do inside it ?" Lord of the Rings always had big war, and our pc couldn't support big armies attacking each other. If we're going to play Frodo bringing the One Ring to mount doom, I'm afraid that's not RPG. And what we will do inside it ? Simply completing quest ? Or we really going to play Frodo ? Or maybe we can do freely inside it like what we do in Cyrodiil, maybe we can choose sides or something. But if we can only look at the world, I'm still so happy.

I think we need to use animations on that one. You should request the mod, don't make this a competition. But there's a good point, with competition, everyone in it will try the best they could.
