I think I have to say this again, I did on the official comments for the news at TESNexus. I think I should do this again. Ancient Aeon still don't think this is a good idea for unpopular mods, with a superior quality. I loved the new features, except it will be hard to find good unpopular mods. High endorsements means popular mods, high endorsements also mean many downloads, many downloads usually means old mods, old mods got high endorsements. There are mods that rated 10.00, 9.80, 9.50, 9.20. But they have small amount of how many rated them (usually 10 to 25), so they only will got 10 to 25 endorsements, even they previously have 10.00 rating. With the use of endorsement system, mods with 10.00 and little less rating and small people who rated it (usually from 15 to 25) will be hard to find. Because with the new rating system, those mods just got 15 to 25 endorsements. But the other features are good, but you may want to fix this problem. Sorry if makes the staff unhappy, but that's the way I see it. "The unpopular modders hard-worked creation must treated honorably."

I like how we can sort the categories in Top 100 But I'm still thinking high endorsements means high popularity. But do you see this awesome mod, who clearly need to be on Top 10, at least Top 100. A tower that can fly ? Not only that, we can move the tower anywhere we want ! And with dozens of other features. Because this is about Forum Rules, I want to talk about something, weird. Yesterday, someone named DrittenReich start a new topic, he wants someone to upload the english version of oblivion.esm. He buy the game legally and in English version (he thinks) but when his strarted playing, it's not the english version, but Spanish ! So he wants someone to upload the english oblivion.esm. He says that we should not help him except we now if that is legal, or not. I suggest him to ask Bethesda as soon as possible, he says he will. I was afraid he will get banned because of his request. And now, he's banned, for an offensive username. I don't know if the banned one is him, but I think he is. EDIT by LHammonds: Yes, he was banned for an offensive username. It was not too smart to ask for a copy of the game either but he was banned for his choice of username.

War ? I suggest a raid, war means more than 15 NPCs, which is bad for your pc.

mr_siika is one good modder. He's Leonardo Da Vinci of Oblivion modding. I think he is, he upload the Minas Tirith video. Love, love, love the cinematic trailer. But Blizzard Entertaiment still the best !

All right, agreed. Never thought of that, but not many modders update their mod them self, so this topic is also for promoting someone's mods. But the "updates recently" part of the site was just fulled with too many mods, "updates today" part of the site, even less filled, still so many. Sometimes confusing also, but mod that created a long time ago maybe never be updated again. And sometime the modders doesn't care again about his unpopular hard-work, and leave his file in the Nexus. You say too, that to update your mod is the "simplest" way. Perhaps it's not the best way, but maybe there is ? Well, I think I can try this new system.

The mods listed on the first few pages must be unpopular, because they rated 10.00. And because it's rated 10.00, means not many download it, because it's rare for everyone that rate the mod, rated it 10.00. Somehow there must be someone who rated less. I've been playing Civilization 4 for awhile. I just love war/world domination games (Total War, Civilization, Warcraft, Command and Conquer).

I think you need to make it with some ingredients, then combine it with some tool. I haven't play that mod for awhile.

This is not like the movies when someone with special powers become a superhero and help someone else, showing powers to the world. No, we live in a mysterious world, there's many mystery we couldn't solved. Someone with special powers would not show their powers so we can see it, they used it either secretly, or there were none. So I will say nothing about this, there's too much mystery we can't solved in this world.

War is worse than a simple killer flu. If a world war will start again, there's a chance of nuclear being used. But it is said Swine Flu can spread from one human to another. But if nuclear war will start, I think some of us going to play Fallout 4 on real life. Some may rest in peace.

Real drugs ? BIG NO There's something called "safe drugs". Some people says it's the same experience with drugs. I haven't tried this, and I don't recommend you to do so. But it's still better than real drugs Try this keywords on search engines : astral projection and lucid dreaming. Have you try disabling it ? (If you really love that mod, maybe you want to find what caused the conflicts).
