Adipose
Ya know, from my view, restoring wrecked vanilla houses is just about impossible...at least with my limited talent. As a result, I'm seriously considering using "Scrap Everything" to demolish standing housing and then constructing houses that do a better job of meeting the needs of my settlers. It's really too bad that Bethesda didn't provide a way to restore damaged structures such as "Croup Manor", etc.
HeyYou
There are mods that do that..... :D Homemaker has pre-war houses, but, I don't think they are nav-meshed. Other mods restore some places, but, I think you find them in restored condition.....
aurreth
HZS has pre-war houses that are navmeshed. I've tried to use them for a player home, but if you put anything in them you can't keep the settlers out. Couches draw Jun Long (sp?) like a magnet. Jun, and Preston, are notorious for going places I REALLY don't want them to. Problem is, when the cell loads, the game just kinda randomizes their location, depending on what time it is. And unfortunately, "Your" house is fair game, regardless of what you do.... That's one of the advantages of the Homemaker houses, without NavMeshing. Settlers don't spawn there, and they don't walk in either. :D I have tried all sorts of tricks to keep settlers out of my personal space... nothing worked. The only thing that I have found that is truly effective, is to build someplace where there aren't ANY settlers... and never attract any. THAT has assured my privacy. :D
JorgitoAlfonso94
Hi, guys... I am in a hurry... aurreth
The Minutemen will eventually get around to cleaning things up. The trick it to take the Castle, connect the radio, and then leave for several game days. Yeah, I'm not that patient either. Make a bat file and run it in the console. This cleans up the nests and eggs: 12a244.disable 17425b.disable 17425c.disable 17425d.disable 17425e.disable 17425f.disable 174260.disable 174252.disable 174253.disable 174254.disable 174255.disable 174256.disable 174257.disable 174258.disable 174241.disable 174242.disable 174243.disable 174244.disable 174245.disable 174246.disable 174247.disable 17424a.disable 17424b.disable 17424c.disable 17424d.disable 17424e.disable 17424f.disable 174231.disable 174232.disable 174233.disable 174234.disable 174235.disable 174236.disable 174228.disable 174229.disable 17422a.disable 17422b.disable 17422c.disable 17422d.disable 17422e.disable 174239.disable 17423a.disable 17423b.disable 17423c.disable 17423d.disable 17423e.disable 17426c.disable 17426d.disable 17426e.disable 17426f.disable 174270.disable 174271.disable 174263.disable 174264.disable 174265.disable 174266.disable 174267.disable 174268.disable 174269.disable 1741f4.disable 1741f5.disable 1741f6.disable 1741f7.disable 1741f8.disable 1741f9.disable 1741fa.disable 1741fd.disable 1741fe.disable 1741ff.disable 174200.disable 174201.disable 174202.disable 174205.disable 174206.disable 174207.disable 174208.disable 174209.disable 17420a.disable 17420b.disable 174217.disable 174218.disable 174219.disable 17421a.disable 17421b.disable 17421c.disable 17420e.disable 17420f.disable 174210.disable 174211.disable 174212.disable 174213.disable 174214.disable 17421f.disable 174220.disable 174221.disable 174222.disable 174223.disable 174224.disable 174225.disable 174274.disable 174275.disable 174276.disable 174277.disable 174278.disable 174279.disable 17427c.disable 17427d.disable 17427e.disable 17427f.disable 174280.disable 174281.disable 174282.disable 174283.disable 174284.disable 174285.disable 174289.disable 174288.disable 17428a.disable 17428b.disable 17428c.disable 17428d.disable 174290.disable 174291.disable 174292.disable 174293.disable 174294.disable 174295.disable 174296.disable 221a66.disable 221a67.disable

If you plan on scrapping the Sanctuary houses one thing I've found helpful is to remove them in the CK and regenerate precombines and visibility. Deleting the original houses breaks precombines. Even if you use Jenncave's Clean and Simple mod, which replaces the houses with models with repaired roofs, deleting the newer houses breaks precombines. What I do is go into the CK, load up all my Sanctuary mods, then remove all the houses and generate new precom/vis/previs. That way if you decide to level the place things don't flash in and out of existence. A side effect of this is when you look down from Vault 111 you no longer see the original, vanilla Sanctuary. You see your modded one.
