I got a virus two days ago and lost about 40% of my last six months work, I managed to save most of my contest entry but I'll have to re do a lot of it.

It's my understanding that an entry has to run without any other programs and that would include OBSE. The entry has to be available to everyone who has the elder scrolls IV and the 1.2 patch. I hope you do make something, I hope there are a lot of entries in this contest. I always keep my PC clean, I don't run any other programs when I mod. Anyone who who has bought Oblivion can run my mods so this isn't a problem for me but I can imagine it would be for some.

Doesn't really answer my question. I'm not talking about running it over other programs, I'm asking if I can make clothes with modded body pieces in them that were not originally created by me. No mods will be required by the entry except the entry.

Coincidentally, I'm working on a project right now that's based on MWSource members and my experiences on this site. I'd like to announce that I'll be entering it in this contest. In case you're interested, the name is Suran Reborn; following is some promotional material that I have laying about:

It also means I probably won't be entering the contest, being that I'm mainly an armor/clothing modder, but I will certainly look forward to others' entries. ;)
