"Application eload error 5:0000065434" When launching fallout New Vegas from Vortex

I recently had to reinstall windows and Fallout NV. I downloaded some mods including the NVSE and ENBDEV for fallout New Vegas but get this error everytime i luanch from the Vortex Mod Manager

Seems to be a Steam error.

 

Did you redownload New Vegas from scratch in Steam?

 

Have you tried repairing your install with Steam?

Also: before you try any mods, make sure FNV runs fine.

Once it does, start slow. Just NVSE and what it requires.

Then add another. Keep going until it breaks.

Sometimes you need to add the Steam app ID as a launch argument. Which version of the game do you have from Steam?
