Is there a mod that reduces shuttering and frame rate problems like Streamline?

 

I really hate it how my game has fps issues then the guys shoot -me- dead.

Would someone mind naming a few mods which include some berets? I know of JaySus' but his are oddly shaped and not what I'm looking for.

Well judging from the text on the pic it is Rena outfit G JSDFC built on the Exnem body, then again Operation M(something or other) but its been only in the Picture section as a work in progess so don't know when or if it is going to be a public release.

Is there any mod that lets you become a slave? I know there are slavery mods that let you make you people your slaves, but I'm just wondering if there's a mod that's the opposite? That would be interesting.

hello everybody! I have a question. Guys can anyone knows fashion and will do if umetet. To be able to clone himself without any problems. Ie not just to clone and clone is silent. and to talk and to be able to dress him up. and most importantly when you want to change yourself in the editor to the old clone has not changed, and remained so as it is the first time cloned??? :unsure:

Hi i'm new to these forums and i just started fallout 3 on pc (because theres mods). And i was recently on fallout nexus a few days ago and i stumbled on this backpack mod were it shows your inventory weapons on your backpack like you get to choose choose weapons from your inventory and let it show on your backpack but i was sooooo major--ly retarted i skipped the mod and now i want to use it but i forgot the name of the mod :yucky: im such a uber nub so im just asking if you guys can help me find the name of the mod :blush: Ive been searching for this mod for days :wacko: and if you guys know any kick-ass meelee weapon mods like scythe's, big katana's, 2 handed swords please can you also tell me those too : )

Possibly Manifold for the backpack but it only works with vanillia weapons last I checked
