Fallout 3 Mod Detectives

Can you find a mod for fallout 3 (or hell even fallout new vegas) that allows me to do any of the following:

 

Kidnap wastelanders and experiment on them/turn them into my monster abominations

Forcibly convert wastelanders into my cyborg minions (other than RobCO certified)

There were a lot of F3 mods from Gam3r87 which are now deleted from Nexusmods for whatever reason... I didn't download these mods on time, so maybe somebody here have them somewhere on HDD? I'd like to have some of these mods, voiced companions, player homes... especially Snake Plissken, Somah from MZ and Ash from Evil Dead!

I hope somebody can help me with this? I'll be very grateful! :)

I have this mod, with armored vault suit with no sleeves, but I can't seem to find it in any of my folders, neather in the download history. Also I have not find it on the nexus right now, when I need it, although it was poping up many time, when I did not need it. Can some one tell me please what mod was it??

I'm looking for a house mod with a decent sized area to be used as a museum of sorts, with plenty of space for mannequins and several display cases. I remember when I first played Fallout 3 I found home which was underground with the entrance in Springvale and had a big room with displays but can't find said mod anymore

Thanks for the suggestion, I was just checking it but still isn't what I'm looking (2 area transitions to acess the vault, the place is too big and trouble with graphical glitches), said mod can be even a museum mod, not house, only to put my trophies in exposition.

I'm a bit annoyed about how Fallout 3 only displays the weapon I'm using and not the other guns I'm carrying(within limits of course). For example if I'm carrying a plasma rifle,a pistol and a pouch of grenades,would there be a mod that would show all these weapons on my character at once,and the same for my companions?
