Your post is incredibly vague so I'm not sure we can help. Try providing more specific information.

 

It sounds like your PC is blocking Vortex's access to the internet but that's a guess at this point.

i KNOW ITS VAGUE BUT THATS ALL I HAVE

IT LITERALLY SAYS WHEN I CLICK THE NETWORK ICON ON THE VORTEX APP THOSE EXACT WORDS.

IVE TRIED MY NETWORK SETTING BUT ITS NOT BEING BLOCKED...

WINDOWS 11 4080 T1 AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-Core Processor 3.70 GHz

6.5 TB SSD...NEVER HAD APROBLEM...I CAN USE MOD MANAGER 2 BUT IT DOESNT ALLOW DL OF COLLECTIONS

MY NETWORK PERSISTENT STATE WAS SET TO OFFLINE FOR NEXUS
