In the future, try to indicate which version of the game you are using. Steam, GOG, or GamePass.

As I recall, the GamePass version is most problematic, running in a sandbox.

Go to the Extensions tab, hit the "show bundled" button, check if any extensions are disabled or having problems.

Hey Showler, i got the same problem as "Derpderpderpdrp" in first post, and basicly every part is "failed" and cant be enabled, you know any solution? Or someone else of course^^

it will be helpfull to know which version of vortex you running. Get the latest version. Like showler said, click on games and write fallout 4 in the search bar. Now, it should show Fallout 4 and Fallout 4 VR.

Double click the row to see why it failed. My guess is your C++ Redistributable is broken. A fix is in the pinned solutions thread.

Maybe, uninstall Vortex and make a complete new installation. I think, Vortex installer includes the needed files. Hope, it helps. I do not had such errors. Maybe, install with admin rights could help, too.

What is your operation system? Windows 10, 11 or lower?
