Pagafyr
Blue Spruce Pine. The neighbors cut theirs down so the one growing Ithat gives me shade is all that is remaining of it's kind nearby. I just discovered that I don't know what those broad leaf 15 foot tall bamboo like stalks are. Their trunk looks like the way a bamboo tree does. There are no pictures of it's kind in the webpages about bamboo trees though.

zixi
I love larch. I love the fact that they're a deciduous conifer and the cones are gorgeous. It's quite difficult to say that it's my favourite but it's certainly one of my favourites. At night, the moon is often rocking in our larch tree, or hanging from it like a glass bauble. There's something magical about it. My husband thinks it's my favourite because of Skyrim...
Drakefell01
Is it a green or yellow larch?
Maharg67
Though they are not trees but ferns, banana trees are wonderful especially with big bunches of bananas ready to eat. When I lived in the far north, of Australia, we had one in our backyard.
