A: This is because people are pushovers and don't want to cause problems!

A: Littleton, Rutland, UK. It has a population of 112.  It was once much larger but there was a tornado in 1964 and it took with it most of the town  along with the townsfolk who ended up in nearby  Lower Littleton and in something of a dip; thus doubling the population and causing it to be renamed Greater Lower Littleton-in-the-Hollow.

A: The sea intruded on it, leaving less land.  But that sea also moderates the climate so it doesn't get as cold as Skyrim in the winter or as hot as Hammerfell in the summer ... leaving it cool. 😎

Ans: They are actually there but currently invisible. At some stage in the future Bethesda had undoubtedly planned to release the secret code which would have unlocked the hitherto hidden content. The belief is that it was planned to occur on a certain anniversary of the game. However, now that it has been bought out by another firm this anniversary has become something of a discussion area since the said organisation clearly aren't sure whether or not they should subtract or add one year to the date to bring them in accord with what they think is the millennia.  They currently have their best people working on so.... they may be some little time...

A: It has something to do with hands not being in them to keep frost and cold out of the pockets.  Rubbing the Lamp Genies Lamp to get the Lamp Jjin to answer might get a better reason.

A:  Yes - they do. But there are two types of mourning doves. One is what is commonly known as the Morning Mourning Dove and it's about in the mornings - hence the alternate name of Lark Mourning Dove. If something sad happens you'll see them weep. The Night Mourning Dove  (or Owl Mourning Dove) doesn't really mourn in the same way. Some ornithologist don't think it is really a true mourning dove as the plumage is very different and so is the behaviour. So far, scientists have been unable to look at the entire DNA sequence with any certainty because there is so much variability between the various individuals.

A: They tried just growing downwards.  But while that netted them plenty of water, the few that found light too kept getting roasted by hot lava.  So a different approach was needed. 🌲🌳🌴
