Is instagram still a thing? Interesting. So, it’s just for bragging rights? No extra benefits or anything like that? Also, I have no clue if Instagram is still a thing. I didn’t care for it then, and I sure as heck don’t care about it now.

(aside from a few forums....) I have a facebook account, but, that is ONLY for access to Facebook Marketplace. It seems to have supplanted craigslist.... (though I still use that once in a while as well....) Being on the Hotfiles listing does get you a bit more exposure, but, that's only if folks actually LOOK at them. I may look at 'new' files, but, for the most part, when I am looking for a mod, I already know what it is I am looking for, and search accordingly.... Endorsements play a small role in the decision of which to use, but, comments carry the most weight.

I had a Facebook account when I was 14, but I deleted it because I had more stalkers on it than actual friends. This and my LL account are the only things I have that can be considered social media. As for the Hot Files, the only ones I bother to look at are outfit mods. Even then, there's only a 1/10 chance I'll download it.

Technology has a come a LONG ways since then. Not sure if that is a 'good thing' or not...... 2

I already feel old. I remember when 'flip phones' were a thing..... and cell phones were 'new' technology, and coverage wasn't nearly as good as it is today.... Of course, I don't personally have a cell phone. I really don't need to be that easy to find. Had one for work way back when, and EVERY time it rang it was bad news...... I hated that thing. So, when the job went away, the phone went away as well, and I never bothered to get another one. Sure, cell phones have their uses, but, the annoyance factor of ALWAYS having a phone with me?? Nope. I'll pass, thankyouverymuch.

I'm beginning to feel like I'm one of the youngest people on this site. For the record, I'll be 19 next month.
