dissapearing games from managed library

Games Dissapearing from managed or unmanaged on vortex. Can not be found or added even though they were being managed and modded under a month ago. I can manage and mod my fallout new vegas, just not 4 or 3. I have tried reinstalling both the games and vortex itself. Do I just have to manually add them? if so how do i do that? What could have caused this and what can I do to make sure this doesn't happen again?

Go into your extensions tab, click on "show bundled" and check to see if any of the extensions are showing a problem.

Also maybe try the "show hidden games" button?

They both show up as either diabled or failed and only ever want to switch between the two states when i try to enable them.

Double click them to see why they failed. It's almost certainly because of broken C++ redistributables on your system. (See the pinned solutions thread regarding missing plugins tab for a possible fix)

Your Vortex install is broken due to a non-standard install location. Reinstall Vortex under the default location (C:\) and it should work. The other option is to try and fix your DLL importing but moving program files off the main OS drive may simply be the cause here.

i tired reinstalling but that gave me the same errors still.
