When I click on the "Install" button, nothing happens at all

As title.
Vortex and Games (Steam) are located on my D:\ 

I download a mod or mods and it has no issues doing that but clicking the install button results in nothing happening.

I am currently trying to install the Fallout 4 London Mod.

Right clicking and choosing to install does nothing, right clicking and choosing to unpack also does nothing. I cannot install the extension because it needs fallout to be downgraded.

That's an application, not a mod.  Unpack it to a folder and run the application.

I have but that still does not fix the fact that right clicking and choosing to extract as is does not work for me neither, regardless of something being an application or mod.

Are you doing that in Vortex?  I haven't checked the downgrader package so I'm not sure where Vortex would extract it to.

You should be using a program like 7zip to extract it so you know where the files are going.

From your image you're not even managing Fallout 4 at the moment so I doubt Vortex has any idea what to do with the files.

The downgrader for FOLON should be downloaded manually and run. It's not a Vortex compatible file
