Krylons
I have FO4 on Steam and on COG in 2 different directories. Is it possible to have both versions in Vortex to have mods in both directories? I want to have the steam copy for normal FO4 and COG for FOLON
Pickysaurus
Vortex currently only supports one instance of each game. Fallout London is just Fallout 4 with mods installed so it isn't currently something you can manage separately.
showler
You can make a separate Windows account, which will mean a separate Vortex settings location and allow you to have both games. But you'll need to go back and forth between accounts to play the two games (or use a slightly complicated command line option to switch).

I am thinking that perhaps having the Vortex team make a separate extension for FO4 London that is essentially identical to FO4 but with a different game ID can address this. Though I do understand you would need to update all the peripheral extensions (gamebryo-plugins, etc.) to recognize the new extension.

It's been considered but as there's no way to properly separate Fallout 4 and Fallout London (due to shared appdata/documents folders) it's better for users to just add Fallout London as a mod for Fallout 4 and use the existing profiles feature to swap between them. Here's a bit more on how to do that.
