Expansion mods that match the vanilla game's quality

Are there any quest mods for FNV that can stand up to the level of writing and accomplishment of the vanilla game and its DLCs? Since making something the size of the base game is difficult, It can be a DLC sized mod that is essentially no different from Dead Money, Old World Blues, Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road.

It's sad to say it - but I wouldn't be here asking the forums if I hadn't searched for mods like that before. Skyrim has a lot of amazing mods that are far better than the vanilla game. Some teams even recreate previous elder scrolls in new entries and coordinate massive projects, so we know for a fact these things are possible.

But the Fallout community isn't as big, and I haven't heard of any mod DLC (let alone one that can equal the brilliance of the vanilla game). If you guys think of something that isn't quite what I asked but is still the best you have seen, don't be afraid to comment.

I bet you have already played: A World in Pain?  If not, that will keep ye busy for some time.

Otherwise I am working on a quest project, but right now I focus at F3 and start with FNV when I feel I have enough of F3, 22 quests so far. Simple but, that is the goal...  😉  The goal is exploring.  Also if you want nice company on your journey, try Willow.  LlamaRCA is extremely good in making nice companions that really feel like they are alive. She also made Heather Casdin for F4.

Skyrim, yes, I played most of the Quest mods available for it 2020. If I play it again, I tend to play them again. the TES modders has a long tradition to make good quality mods since 2002, since Morrowind and I did start with it 2004. It is a shame it was uploaded to sites that no longer exists but my 2 biggest projects are available at Nexus, for Morrowind and Oblivion. I did get info the other day from someone that is remaking Skyrim for Oblivion, which seems like an odd project, as someone else did the opposite, Oblivion for Skyrim.  😄  I got started with FNV and F3 modding 4 weeks ago I guess... This date The difference is minor to what I am used to between GECK and CS, so it works smoothly, like a walk in a park really.

The only way you will get the best and highest quality mods, it is that you start making them your self. That way, you will get exactly what ye want.  😉   GECK for FNV is much easier to use than CK for Skyrim or F4 so just get started.  😄 Also peek at FNVedit, for copying quests, to make the process as quick and smooth as possible. Is it fun? Well tedious mostly, but damn fun to test the result in game as that is my goal, play it. If I can, you can as well as everyone can do it, which was the reason I did start with it, as others where able to do it, so I thought, well maybe I can as well?  Yeapp, I really could, after a lot of trial and errors. We are here to help you get started with it as well. Ideas? Well start editing, and ideas will pop up. Make a house or a dungeon to start with, I did.  😉

If you find high quality mods your self, add them here and if I find something, I suspect you have missed, I add it. Nema problema.

You could also ask at Reddit. But I do agree, the Skyrim modding community and also Fallout 4 community make great stuff. FNV is old, some learned to mod here, and went to F4 modding 2016 but, still, FNV is easier and faster to mod. Much easier. Also, I still get faster and more effective for each quest I make. After a while it is like walking or riding a bike. It will get easier the more you do it.

Someguy series of quest would be another recommendation aside from AWOP.

Although I would suggest a separate session for running those quest alone. Aka you install those quest mod, and only mod that necessary for them, and play. Anything else would just support and in addition to them. If you want normal gameplay, like main quest, then run it in a session without those series of mod. Particularly with Tale of Two Wasteland session, you just dont run those someguy quest mod at all.
