When I try and install using mod manager while having premium it says archive for the mod is broken. HELP

I tested the last one without problems with NMM. So I believe that for you Vortex might be the culprit.

hey subaverage so i got NMM to run correctly but when i try to download mods to it with the mod manager download it just wants to got to vortex even tho I have it uninstalled

Check the NMM settings for an option to associate it with NXM type links.

As showler stated the file association might not work properly, because of entries from Vortex and NMM has to be logged in to Nexus with your account for direct download. As a little workaround and for testing you could manually download a mod, open NMM and add a mod from file.
