Vortex cant deploy any mods, Permission denied (1.13.7)

I tried to fix it by running as admin, by changing the permissions of the folders. It did not work

You really shouldn't install games to the Program Files directory if you intend to mod them.

So i will need to move the games that i want to mod?

As the errors say, this is a permission problem. I'm afraid you just need to resolve that issue to continue. 

You might be able to reinstall the game outside of Progarm Files to fix the issue.

If you have another drive you can create a Steam Library on that drive and move the game (and your mods folder) to that drive.

Otherwise you'll need to reinstall Steam outside of Program Files since you're only allowed to have one Steam Library per drive.
