New landing page looks MUCH better!

Another pov... your entire concept is about mods, and you support mod authors. Put this one here directly infront of every modders face everywhere like a super advertisment.

It will surely make people to think twice about modding. Eventhough nobody will ever buy their own island, safe house or hot tub it is a nice thing!

It is buried somewhere in the middle of your landing page. Thats a true waste. Make it appear more. Maybe even on the left and or right panel ...

That prompt also shows if you click to upload a mod too, so it's hard to miss.

Looks like you changed the matrix ... I never paid attention,

  1. in this moment i have a task, task is "upload/uploading", and hardly multi task,
  2. when im on task "browsing" the landing page, i pay attention to the elements on the landing page.

Due to your post im condititioned. 🫠 Now im probably paying attention to this at some point.

Why did you move collections back under trending mods again?  For older games it's not there.  Skyrim not there.  Skyrim SE it's back.  Fallout New Vegas not there.  Fallout 4 it's back.  Why have two different looks for different games?  Collections need to put back the way it was yesterday.

Love the new logged-in homepage, it's a massive improvement! Having tracking center, download history, and my content right at the top is super convenient.

Posted (edited)

The 'my games' thing only shows Fallout 4, it erased all my others and even when I add them back they just get erased again. I didn't like this change to begin with, but it just doesn't work now and it really annoys me.

edit: So I noticed when clicking the favorites button, it would automatically unclick itself. After spam clicking the s#*! out of it, it brought back all my favorited games. Weird. But it seems to be fixed for now.

Collections only show if there is a minimum number of collections that meet a set threshold of success rating and popularity.

Can this please be a site preference to turn off or part of the customize section to turn off?

Im pretty sure you can disable it at some point once the Customise feature is unlocked, ready for testing. Disabling collections is the first thing i will do.

I loathe it, make it an option I don't want it to be the base site. Makes it hard to jump navigation for me. Sometimes if it ain't broke don't fix it.

Could you be more specific about what it is you don't like about the new homepage? Without that it just looks like "I don't like it because it's different".

If this comment wasn't referring to the homepage, please try and stay relevant to the topic of the thread.
