Vindekarr
It made second-page news (behind yet another political controversy & scandal) in Australia. It must be cold!
billyro
Wow, that looks so cool! (Pardon the pun.)
Werne
Meh, you know what's better than cold weather? Hot women. http://data.whicdn.com/images/58655969/hot-redhead-1_large.jpg Which reminds me of something - when you're out on a date and a girl says she's cold, she wants you to hug her. Unless she doesn't wear a jacket, that means she wants you to give her your jacket, hugging optional but gives you extra points except on first date, then it's a bit creepy. Thor.
Sweet back on subject it has made one difference in politics, for once a positive thing. And that's pushing it. Still there is a lot of disbelief because of our governments track record. http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2014/01/06/peter-braid-mp-climate-change_n_4552407.html?utm_hp_ref=canada Nasa has it right. http://i.livescience.com/images/i/000/001/722/i02/070820_siberia_snow_02.jpg?1296071204 Edited January 7, 2014 by Thor. ub3rman123
And there I was considering moving a little further north so I wouldn't be constantly disappointed by no snow here.
Thor.
In other news, you know that mars mission, makes you wonder why they don't use this tech.. Why not take it a step further and protect the mars settlers with a magnetic shield. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/11/081104080309.htm they are doing it on a small scale. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2014/01/140106160045.htm Edited January 7, 2014 by Thor. naomis8329
@Werne... I have an AMD Phenom II. I changed it to an Athlon and then went back as that went down freakishly quickly. I've never overclocked a machine as I'm not sure how and am scared witless about doing something to blow the bloody thing up lol. I'll let you know how or what I decide, there are a few things coming up very quickly that take priority including my eldest son's 16th (we don't know whether to get him a new PS4 or an Husky puppy), then my daughter's 18th (she's having a party and wants a Kindle Fire HD like her brothers). I think I'll have to consider robbing a bank but hey I could do with a little peace and quiet :D
