I have 2 7950's so i would get that instead, for its a lot more cheaper then going that extra 10% faster then you would if you went crossfire with two 7950's, also a ssd is a big must have, have both and your computer is unstoppable http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif

http://www.newegg.ca...N82E16814125414 its oc'ed to 900mhz by manufacturer and does it run cool, its on sale for 300$ http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/happy.gif

They can't both be must have, I can only afford one or the other ;) If you had to pick just one or the other, which?

Won't be able to move to crossfire for a LONG time if I get either the 7950 or 7970. (If I go 7970 I was looking at the Sapphire 1Ghz OC).

Why doesn't life have an infinite money cheatcode? WHY?

I just don't believe steam. I've just played The Darkness II Demo (and considering I hate shooter games, I'm totally blown away, pardon the pun) Went to the store page and its £39.99 to buy. Thought "Oh s***" and put it on the wishlist.

Went to Amazon to take a look at the disk version and guess what I've bought it for £14.60 and its the Limited Edition version, brand new.

What the hell is going on with Steam and its pricing?

Is the Steam version RRP maybe? I would think so.

But surely more people than just me shop around for the best deal on games even if I have more than one version of it. For example I have the disk and digital versions of Dragon Age Origins, Awakening and II. I waited for the digital versions to fall in price warranted but still The Darkness II was released in February, just about 6 months ago now.

I do think that sometimes these companies just don't think about the user.

Then just get a 7950, especially gigabyte. Its the best make in that category http://forums.nexusmods.com/public/style_emoticons/dark/teehee.gif.
