You know, i am tempted to get a gtx780 or ti instead of the r290x. I mean power is good and everything, but i would never go 4k in this generation.

whats bothering me right now with the r290x, they are keeping it silent, no reviews, no factual benchmarks, not even a release date. By now you would think they would be handing out concept models to reviewers  .

i'm getting kind of impatient now :verymad: Well after hard searching i found a release dtae, but its obviously not happening sense its already the 26.

okay we are getting somewhere :teehee:

new 780ti benchmarks, so confused  , although they are saying the r290x runs really hot of 90c, Fail in my opinion. I want a video card that's fast and runs cool.

HA HA finally.... Do you see my dilemma though, i don't like the fact that the rumours state that the r290x overheat and get hot around 90c, that reminded me of the gtx460 when i had them long ago. Shudders to think of that ever happening again. :verymad: Ya 90c may be its working temp, but once it hits 100c, then that's when everything in your case starts to run slower do to the heat.
