My laptop is really stuffing up today. It must be due to the heat and humidity; I'm sweating just sitting here. :pinch:

Also, I'm reinstalling Skyrim and I'm going to keep it as lightweight as possible. Anyone have any good suggestions for mods that dramatically enhance the graphics without much performance impact? I don't really want to resort to an ENB because I can't run the game at 45+ fps (which is like my benchmark - it must be above that or I throw a tantrum) with one, most of the time.

I just want something that improves the overall image quality, so that it looks nicer without having to install heaps of texture mods.

As for gameplay, I'm going for the Requiem overhaul again, seeing as how it has been updated a lot since I last tried it.

... And it seems I got carried away again. Talky talky talky - no more talky.

EDIT: Screw it. I'm sick of bloody Skyrim anyway.

NOOOOOO!!!! we have snowwww!! i knew the day would come, we may even get 15c of the awful white stufff

In other news a sneaky, really sneaky Virus corrupted windows install shield. Holy that was a sneaky one, though saved windows from self destruction didn't go without a fight.

MUAAA HA HA HA HA still may need to re install windows again, sigghh. Luckily steam is on my ssd (: and its 80% clean of junk so it has nothing of value on it.

Evil virus's sighh!!!. I know a few tricks. I might have to program a backup restore iso like some of those HP boxes have. It certainly saves the hassle of using the windows disk all the time. Some have a partitioned drive just fro windows, just in case something like a virus wipes out the os,

The forums have been down a lot recently

Speaking of which, I saw something hilarious on the Terraria Steam forums this morning. Steam's forums are chock-full of barely-literate, self-entitled American tweens who seem to expect every game to be perfect, and then rage about every single pointless aspect even when the game is perfect. I saw someone claiming Assetto Corsa was "f***ing unplayable" yesterday... ...because it simulated sun glare that made the screen too bright for this person to play while in a lightless room-they also demanded their money back and threatened to sue.

Anyway, the banhammer-recipient of the day today was even crazier: he completely flipped his s*** about Terraria being 8-bit. He wrote this absolutely incredible expletive-filled rant in utterly bkernon enlgrsh(broken english in, well, broken english) about how "f***ing retarded" the developer was for making "this stupid f***tard game" look like it was "made in the f***ing '60s" and claiming that not only are all Terraria players gay(as if that's something to be ashamed of) that Terraria can make you gay, and that it also makes you retarded(I'd say it did it to this guy, but that gives him an excuse for being an illiterate bonobo)

Now for the funny part. The guy wanted a refund. On a game that, at it's most expensive, cost eight Australian dollars(6 Pounds/4 Euros/7 USD) or about as much as a magazine(back when they existed) He claimed he was a hacker and that if he wasn't given a full refund and a free copy of CoD: Ghosts, he was going to DDoS the entirity of Steam and use social media to spread such hate about the game that Steam would have to "shut down". So how did it end? well, about five minutes later a Terraria Moderator showed up and tried to talk the lunatic down. They failed horribly. The fruitloop cussed the moderator out in very expletive terms, and then started raving about being the god of cyberspace. Sadly he was then banhammered, his post deleted, and in under fifteen minutes the whole wonderful, hilarious exchange was consigned to the memories of about 5 people.

Banhammering: not even the stinkiest, most

antagonistic and tenacious troll can survive it.
