billyro
I remember that. That was very heroic. Heroes of Dragon Age got an update today. A lot of new effects and some other new stuff were included. Also I got Slave Fenris for free, but I just sacrificed him to improve my Grey Warden Mage. Also, I keep getting put up against someone called "Legendary Nug Wrangler". I don't know if that's a generic name or something, but their team changes every time I fight them. Winning for 4 hours! Where has everyone gone? Vindekarr
Bit of interesting news for you: scientists have conducted a nuclear fusion experiment, and managed to create a fusion reaction that produced more energy, than it cost to create. Fusion energy would allow us to produce theoretically infinite energy, without harming the environment or using harmful radiologicals or other dangerous substances. The problem is, Fusion is a reaction between molecules, and it's quite hard to trigger it. True fusion "ignition" ie a reaction that keeps going once started, has eluded us thus far. Today's experiment was a tremendous step towards working Fusion technology: this is the first time a reaction has generated more energy than it has consumed. Perhaps the only thing more awesome than the news itself, is the name of the man the ABC interviewed about it: Omar Hurricane. His full title would be "Dr. Hurricane" http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-02-13/us-scientists-achieve-27turning-point27-in-fusion-energy-quest/5258788
BlackRampage
The device they used for that looks like it came straight out of science fiction by the way. (was a documentary about the thing about a year ago) Hmmm theoretically this might even eventually also allow us to create some seriously rare and precious elements that are normally only created in the split seconds when a star goes supernova or when a star decides to collapse.Basically, anything with a higher atomic number then iron. Werne
I kinda doubt I'll ever see a fusion generator myself, or take one apart just for the hell of it, the tech is too expensive at the moment. In other news, hired thugs were sent after me by a dog in Skyrim, which was kinda funny. But then 15 minutes later I got another batch of hired thugs sent after me by a hired thug. I love this game's illogical scripts.
BlackRampage
It's not illogical. The game is simply trying to tell you that you shouldn't kill dogs.
K00L
Oh Skyrim... The courier sent thugs after me (for stealing from him probably). He seemed quite happy to see me later though as he delivered messages. Heroes of Dragon Age got an update today. A lot of new effects and some other new stuff were included. I don't have black boxes for effects anymore.I saw someone named that as well. Now they have squads so maybe s/he is just changing which one they were using. I was kind of surprised that MOST people have Dragon Age names (or at least names not like the one I'm about to make up) in it, and not xxxSUPEROWNKIDxxx. Actually I did see someone with a name like that but it was just two X's and it wasn't SUPEROWNKID, it was SLAYER or something else in capital letters. Edited February 13, 2014 by K00L
billyro
Yeah, I have a suspicion that some of the online battles are actually just randomly generated squads (probably because the game didn't find a real person for you to fight) and it just has one of those generic names. K00L
XXXSUPERSLAYERPWNAGEFRAGMASTER666XXX Exactly. Am I the only one who thinks Fallout 3 would be 100 times more exciting if they actually included these?http://static4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120220205728/fallout/images/1/1e/GiantMoleratCA2.jpgDon't get me wrong, I already like Fallout 3, but come on... Giant mole rats that people ride around. Yeah, I have a suspicion that some of the online battles are actually just randomly generated squads (probably because the game didn't find a real person for you to fight) and it just has one of those generic names. You're probably right. I thought it was kind of weird that so many people were named very well after characters from the games, but then I noticed some of the top PVP people had names like that so I just thought people actually used Dragon Age names. Edited February 13, 2014 by K00L
