Sure is nice to download a 6mb mod in 24 hours, at 8kb/s, only to have it stop and report an error after 6 hours, and thus have to restart again.

This has been going on for over a week, for the record. This is why I will be purchasing a lifetime premium membership come Thursday here in the U.S. Premium servers seem to not have these issues since there are fewer premium members & the speeds on premium servers are uncapped. I suggest everyone who can afford the lifetime membership fee do the same as I will be doing come Thursday.

WOW... Now Download instead 2min takes 7 hours for each file... And most of time file is broken :( This update sucks

 

I only had this when I was using local server. Now I guess Im forced to use worst server there is

i don't know what to say any more cannot download anything either use nmm or manually. this problem is been up for pass four days now. just went back from vacation i got tone of mod need to update and i cannot even got anything done some even broken file because download is incomplete. i been use nexus for pass two years now a lot of problem as going and nexus is doing best i really thanks for their hard work. but this time is really drive me crazy now because mod is update incomplete my skyrim cannot even start to play. please fix this problem asap and once again thanks for all the hard work love u guys. You and over a million other people. That is what 'increased traffic' means - a lot of people all deciding to download/update at the same time. The servers can only handle a certain number of downloads at once that number is around 400 per server or 8000 downloads total. - and we have been over that number on every one of 20 servers for the last week. Then, when the download doesn't happen instantly, what do you do? TRY AGAIN AND AGAIN. just like all the others who are trying - they all try over and over hoping it will work this time. Then wonder why the servers are still overloaded. :rolleyes: Currently, our servers - all 20 are swamped with people trying to download. New servers cannot be just turned on - the lead time is around 6 to 10 weeks. And by then the steam sale will be over and the traffic will have died down to a more manageable level. Meaning more servers will not be needed. If you would take the time to actually read the site news, you would see that the problem is being addressed. But there is NO way to fix it instantly. Hopefully, the solution that is already being worked on (but cannot be implemented overnight) will be in place and working by the next steam sale. :thumbsup:

i actually don't keep click it i check every 30min or longer turn out today whole day i cannot even got a single mod down. i know there is a problem but today is my day off and start next week i need to back to work that is why i want to play little before start getting busy. sorry for the post

Don't know if it's been reported yet, but endorsements are screwy. When I download files, I'm getting the endorsement reminder for mods I've already endorsed. However, when I check the mod pages, my endorsement is gone and I have to endorse again. And yet when I check the list of most recent endorsements, my screen name doesn't appear.
