They added the FOSE support for the german cut game with the Version v1.2 beta2

 

Now FOSE is 100% compatible with the German game version 1.7

 

But I wrote an *awesome* german guide myself, just forgott completely to mention -.-

Thanks for the info, I was at total loss there, so it seems the issue is just the presence of the fose folder instead just the files.

 

PS: Indeed, FOSE looking for the Fallout3ng.exe should had given me the clue...

but i DID post that i had solved it

and no it wasnt the german version

i bought it from an ENGLISH game shop, installed it in england and currently, and have always live there

the NG does not stand for No Gore as it is gory, which is the best bit

and the video reply, i had already watched that video.

Uhmm, sorry dude.

Might have been just a strange error report from FOSE because of a mixed up folder structure.

C:/Program files/ bethesda softworks/ fallout 3/fose_V1_2_beta2/fallout3ng.exe

 

Was not meant to be offending, I just was on the wrong track

But actually the fallout3ng.exe really is just and only part of the german cut (USK) version and may probably stand for no gore ... or maybe ... naughty German? :pinch: , dunno

Guys!

 

Install fose_loader.exe and all the dll files into Fallout 3\... not Fallout 3\Data or any other directory.

 

If you're using NMM, stop. FOSE cannot be installed with NMM. At all. Period.

There is no such thing as a "free" download of Fallout 3. Free downloads of Fallout 3 are pirated downloads. Pirates and piracy are not allowed here and are an instanban offense. So bye bye now.~Lisnpuppy
