Unit076
I was trying to open this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57929/ But I was redirected to this page instead: http://http//www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/Error?err=page_blocked&hr=1&he=1 (which cannot be opened) And I've noticed I'm experiencing this with mods that are published by that user only (Mofakin). Is it a bug or an error from my part? Thanks! Edited October 8, 2014 by Unit076
M48A5
The link to the mod works for me. The page to which you are being redirected would indicate that you have had your access blocked by the mod author. Unit076
The link to the mod works for me. The page to which you are being redirected would indicate that you have had your access blocked by the mod author.Hah. You're right... tried logging out and I can access the page just fine. What did I do? I don't recall saying bad things about the author or the mod... :| If anything I'm supporting his work. Anyway, since this took me some time to realize, maybe there could be some improvements on the page? Maybe instead redirecting user to a random page, it should redirect user to a page that tells them that they're blocked by the author.
DrakeTheDragon
The url you should have been redirected to is this one:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/Error?err=page_blocked&hr=1&he=1Does exactly what you suggested. I'm not sure how the ":" in your url got lost, but it isn't the first url with this reported I stumble upon.Maybe the devs would like to know. Arthmoor
I've run into the same too with being blocked by someone. It's because the URL effectively ends up becoming http://http In Pale Moon (and probably Firefox in general) that tends to get you sent to http.com instead of just throwing some kind of error.
