Dilvish
There's been a heatwave throughout much of the US lately. I know in Europe it's been hot too. How are you keeping yourself (and your computer) cool? I live on the Peninsula in the San Francisco Bay Area. The climate is usually moderate so many don't have any air conditioning at home. It's been in the low 90s (33°C) in my local microclimate which isn't too bad. I live in an upstairs apartment. I keep the windows shut and the blinds closed when I go to work. I open everything up when I get home and turn on three fans. I feel like I'm sleeping in a wind tunnel. By 7:00 a.m. the next morning, it's down to 72 (22°C). I have the PSU fan on my computer turned to max. No cooling problems so far.

No cooling problems so far.Well, they caught an alligator on my street in Massachusetts earlier this week and there's now an alarm out for another one. I know it's been hot and wet this year but the Everglades are supposed to be at the other end of the country (north to south wise). Alligators belong in (Jeb) Bush country, not Kerry country. So I figure I'm cool as long I don't see that second alligator.

VaanicOne
It's been pretty damn hot in England too. In Somerset though, the heat wave has ended and we're now experiencing normal-ish weather.
Switch
It's been up to 35c in the shade here at the pinnacle of the heatwave. Hottest weather in the south of England in July since records began, they say. My PC hasn't actually suffered much at all from the heat. Thankfully both the CPU and GPU fans tend to, if anything, overperform a bit, so extra heat wasn't a problem. ^^ We've had two huge thunderstorms passing by here though... well, huge for the UK anyway. Thankfully that's helped to bring the temperatures down.
karkarinus
Down here in sunny España, it's 37ºC IN MY FLAT. That should be illegal >:( . To top it off, we get a wind coming over from the Sahara called a Terral, which means even the breeze makes your eyes sweat. Fortunately, I have aircon at home, but even so it's hard keeping the temperature down. No PC probs so far, though.

Mercbird
Well its been a pretty warm winter on the highveld of south africa, with occasional cold snaps lasting about three days each, and only a bit of a chill in the air at night. Average temp was about 20-25 degrees(Celcius), the lowest was 13. Once. Which means summer is going to be male without a father hot. I put a fan blowing across my pc and my feet in an bucket of ice, and wait for the rains.
