I've been using Nexus on and off for years, and enjoying game mods since Doom. The way Valvthesda is doing this is horrible and only the tip of the iceberg. We need to keep Nexus and community modding alive.   I did exactly the same. I've been around the Nexus and its predecessor (don't remember the name, shame on me) since Morrowind and was always enjoing its benefits. With this announcement I decided to go and support the Nexus with a Lifetime Membership, just to say "thank you". I also hope that this will serve as a small contribution to help to keep the free modding community alive. After this, I am still using AdBlocker but I have just bought a Supporter Membership to Nexus. I'm not going to donate since I'm not active in the modding scene or gaming scene in general, but this is my small contribution to the site that gave me over 500+ hours of fun in Skyrin and Oblivion.
