LeopoldCrank
I really hope they have circlets. They can look pretty cool, and then you can still see your character's noggin.I hope they have more full face armor. Hang on, like a helm? Cause they have been confirmed Ever seen the Ebony helm from Morrowind? The only full-face hat I can think of from Oblivion is the Madness helmet. ... Well played

The only full-face hat I can think of from Oblivion is the Madness helmet.Dwarven and Daedric armor do too. Just wish there was 2 sets. Or you could have open or closed face shield. MLP4ever
@Nadimos Judging by the downloads on the nexus site, we probably end up with bikini armor. xDYeah, most of the people on this site are probably living in vans with binoculars outside of Bethesda's headquarters spying on the female employees. InuyashaFE
I'm also for closed helms, as an option at the very least. I'd like to be able to cover my character's mug up if he looks ugly. xD But I can see why it wouldn't be done, how would it translate toward beast races? It's not going to add that much. Just use the same textures.

justwannaddl
I'm just hoping mods will be quickly converted from Oblivion to Skyrim. I do like my BBB and real heels. :P That said, I don't really care about new armor as much as I'd like to see the armor do things you don't normally see in games like helmets getting knocked off people's heads or armor shattering. It would add realism and incentive to fight more strategically.
Ghogiel
Make the helmets different. It's not going to add that much. Just use the same textures.Yes and no. Ultimately that will lower the texel density of the map, as you have to map extra geometry to the same sheet. not to mention will take much more planing in the design stage to design a helmet where it's front comes in both flavours. Sounds like fun for the artist though
Omeletter
This might be disliked by a lot of people, but hear me out. Did anyone dislike how certain armors were so much stronger just based on material? I would prefer armor strength to be based more on enchantments, that could just be me though. Yeah, could just be you. I have a bad feeling about this. Actually armour is quite balanced. Iron and fur are the beginning sets of heavy/light for example. Glass and Ebony/Daedric are the top end sets of light/heavy. I like that. Keep in mind that glass armor is not the kind of you make windows with, it's the ore found in Morrowind.
