alandaniel122
thanks JamesHodgart. I like that: "explorer armor". It could be an armor set for a Spellsword or Mage Explorer. Traversing the wilds of Skyrim; scouring ruins and tombs for arcane knowledge. I've seen Nord and Stormcloak explorer armors and even Stormcloak robes never a Mage explorer armor. kidcongopowers
Every so often I find a mod which makes me want to create a Scottish character, but my attempts are always derailed by the lack of good mods. I found a decent targe, and now I have a good broadsword thanks to rms827 and Vioxsis (http://www.nexusmods...im/mods/68142/?), but the lack or armour/clothes is the only problem. I've tried enlisting support for making a good Scottish armour/clothes mod before, but to no avail, and I tried learning to mod myself but I just couldn't get my head around 3DS Max.There are already some really good kilt models out there which have been used in Mount & Blade, and the author has given permission for them to be used, but nobody seemed interested:http://forums.talewo...c,145074.0.html Given the amount of threads on the Nexus Forums discussing kilts, is there really nobody interested in making use of these models? SolidusEkans
I'd love to see some armors from Dragon's Dogma in Skyrim.
Dimensionlord1
Thank you for taking the Dracula Untold armor into consideration. Also the Thranduil armor is quite awesome looking and I can't wait to see the finished result.

kidcongopowers
Being Scottish that idea does appeal to me kidcongo  Being Scottish as well, I should probably know better than to romanticise our past, but to be honest I've wanted this in Skyrim for years! JamesHodgart
Here's an update :D The Greaves look overly large as they were modelled around the boots, may need to take them down a bit but I'll wait and see what they look like when the troos are in. Just a few things left to add and some proportion checks then I can start polishing :) The fabrics will need a good few passes and I'd also like to do an accessory pass and then a wear and tear pass. Thanks for all the interest everyone! http://i577.photobucket.com/albums/ss220/ravedonkey/thranduilFull_zps78ylmgi3.jpg
