Rabbit1251
We have a free VPN server and my wife just set me up with the software to use it. It bypasses U-verse to a San Francisco server where I was able to access the Nexus website (otherwise I wouldn't be typing this). My VPN server is: (https://www.goldenfrog.com/vyprvpn) although your service could be different. Ours came free with another service that we bought but you might have to pay. lorca1
Darn it. I wrote before that it was finally working for 14hrs straight but I noticed that at 6pm local time it stops working and the constant loading happens again. So it seems like only during certain hours it works. And I'm pretty sure is not Nexus fault because logically, if it were, then everyone in the world would be having the same issue. CrimJackal
It's absolutely nothing to do with us or anything on our end. I would assume AT&T are having connectivity issues with certain sites using particular networking "across the pond" in the UK and/or EU. Dark0ne, in most instances when a "Connection Timeout" is received it is coming from the host. You should be seeing these timeouts in your (the host provider's) web logs. Can you or your team verify there is absolutely nothing in the web logs? Thanks. I will try AT&T support again today.
HippeusOmega
I also use ATT U-verse and have been experiencing problems connecting to Nexus the past few nights as well. I live in the states in the EST.
gator91
I use ATT as well check with them and was told it's your Nexus server configuration to have you check network protocol for IPv6 support, if your not binding this protocol was told this could be why, and to ask you to do so.. ATT network is switching to IPv6.. Edited October 11, 2015 by gator91

Thandal
If AT&T can't establish/maintain a connection to an IPv4-only site, that isn't the site's problem.
mlee3141
Perhaps this could be the catalyst for an upgrade to IPv6 (or at least support it) then?
Rabbit1251
I couldn't get on with U-verse during those hours but I could access the Nexus when switching to a VPN server. This makes me think that it's the server's fault. Yes, no? Rabbit
