1. Dogmeat replaced with a chocolate Labrador that always only leads you to food when you ask him to search something, when asked to fetch brings you a beer and instead of attacking tries to make friends with everyone no matter who or what they are. Should be made faction neutral for that lol bassically the best friend you will ever have but also the most useless companion you could wish for.

 

2. A Chiwawa that only barks but scares the piss out of supermutants and makes them run away while it chases them lol

Sorry if some of these are already mentioned:

 

One shot head shot on unarmored and 2-3 shot headshots on armored enemies. Possibly with headshots removing or damaging helmets. More realistic body damage that varies based on enemy. This goes for all enemies on all difficulties even Legendaries on Survival. Certain guns wouldn't work on robots but pulse grenades and mines would have a greatly increased effect with added stuns.

 

Ghille Suit that turns pip boy light into a stealth boy. Would replace clothes like vault suit and be able to be covered with armor.

 

A mod that will let you wear an army or combat helmet and a gas mask at the same time.

 

Dual wield for one handed melee weapons.

 

Faster punching that uses both hands. With power attack being a kick if possible.

 

Stealth attacks like rear choaking or breaking necks. Melee button with while in stealth and behind enemy or NPC.

 

NPCs wont shoot on caution, only on danger. Especially if you're sneaking and using a silencer.

 

NPCs like Raiders and untrained enemies will cower or run in fear if you kill another next to them while in stealth. Greater chance if using silenced weapon.

 

Better sneaking and less detection in general.

 

A "Class Mod" that pre-selects certain perks for you to start with. Ex. Sniper class starts with 1 perk in; sniper rifles, sneaking, ladykiller/black widow, lone wanderer and ninja

 

A mod that gives you 10-20 perk points to spend at level 1 to get better S.P.E.C.I.A.L attributes.

Improved virtibird: virtibird will circle your destination 2-3 times letting you use the mini gun more.

 

Better abandon shack home: the abandon shack in the glowing sea, would lose to see that become a player home.

 

Better power armor: remove the opacity of the power armor UI make it so you can turn targeting mod on the helmet on and off. Make it so the broken power armor still stays attached just damaged.

 

Faction settlement buildings: depending on your faction unlock their buildings IE like BoS walls and such.
