daganshou Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 Tried to make a video with ghouls, but damn they move so fast. Managed to make one in slow motion after some testing. https://youtu.be/ZZb6TZ6SkO0 Is there any console command to make them slower?
Warmaker01 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 (edited) Not that I'm aware of. Personally, I like the change with ghouls. I play primarily as a sniper type of character. But the ghouls made me realize I needed a sidearm for close encounters. I generally am able to take them out at range but they do get to you at times, especially given the tight confines of certain maps. Early in the game, if several get the jump on you and you're not geared for close combat whatsoever... You're in big trouble. Tread carefully. Edited December 1, 2015 by Warmaker01
Vagrant0 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 The ghouls are one of the things that I think FO4 really nailed. They quickly change from slow shambling creatures to sprinting ravenous masses. Even when you're at late game, they still have the right amount of danger and creepiness.
Boombro Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 You will need a mod that changes that., not a CC. The ghouls are one of the things that I think FO4 really nailed. Yeah, they also know how to sneak well.
Raycheetah Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 You need to shoot 'em in the... legs. No, really. Very effective. =^[.]^=

Karstedt Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 You need to shoot 'em in the... legs. No, really. Very effective. =^[.]^= Or a shotgun to the head.Might be effective at normal difficulty, but on survival always go for the legs. I only whish i had a ghoul slaying 10mm for exactly this purpose.
Boombro Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 No, shoot the head. The last thing you need a glowing one bringing back to life.

An explosive one would be even better. You don't even need to hit the legs. Crazy good on ghouls.
