Boombro
FO3 had the biggest collection of hateworthy npcs I've ever encountered. And they all pale when they are compared to Mercy long.

Oh yes, I remember her from my first playthrough. My current character is Director of the Institute and hasn't even met Preston Garvey and his bunch of whiners. We're all a lot happier for it. :) I mean really, you wander around the Commonwealth complaining about how tough it is and none of you thought about maybe wearing some armour, or getting some decent weapons. At least the Gunners make an effort in a world filled with raiders and deathclaws. The number of "settlers" with pipe pistols and no armour is mind boggling. And what is even more surprising is that they lived to see adulthood. But that's probably another rant really.
Aintiarna
Eulogy Jones ??? Paradise Falls. That's the one. Sometimes he needs to be resurrected with the console and killed all over again. Just to be sure. Edited December 22, 2015 by tirnoney
KimberJ
You should try TTW in FNV, if you haven't yet an read this post. We can't link it at Nexus, but I guess I could tell you what that is. Tale of two wastelands. The alpha release of a mod that started when FNV came out I, but it was replaced an worked on by many modders to get an alpha version. Some things can't be used as mods as the price, but only a few, an the reward is a Capital Wasteland an DLC inside the FNV modded Engine. Very nice. My modsIn the art of fallout artbook, it says pipe weapons are made for the common not so bright wastelander like them. And armor is costy and rare in the game. My modsIn the art of fallout artbook, it says pipe weapons are made for the common not so bright wastelander like them while armor is costy and rare in the game. And yet every lowlife enemy is wearing some sort of armour even if it looks like they made if from old tin cans. Lore is one thing but it needs to be consistent and stack up. I had a random encounter the other day with some raiders trying to extort money from a couple of farmers, a fight ensued, and the "settlers" wandered off because I was there obviously. They got killed 20 yards further down the road by bloatflies. It was kinda funny really. In that sense the world doesn't make sense. The farms you encounter simply wouldn't exist. They would have been wiped out long ago by the wasteland. tbh, these things don't really bother me that much. It's a game after all and I'm having a lot of fun playing it, but it does irk me from time to time when the game world has all these jarring inconsistencies. KimberJ
Well if you were making a game that was going to be modifiable on all platforms how much trouble would you go to, in order to make it perfect, cause if you ask me, an it was my business, I'd only make it perfect enough to gross 750 million dollars in the first part of launch.
