Another whinging thread about naked women on the nexus. I really hate people who whinge about seeing naked stuff on the Nexus. The thing is, either turn off the adult stuff, tag it, or just ignore it. The moderators/staff aren't going to do a thing about it. Here's my advice, just shut up about it. I would rather see naked female bodies than some of the ugly stuff I have seen elsewhere.

We've gone around and around more times than it'd even be worth to count on this subject, and any proposal is met with "use the Filters or don't". Same old thing where we are directed to use the tools in place, rather than bother the Staff with trying to come up with *another* solution just for us few people who are bothered by T&A all over the Hot Files. Yeah, I'm bothered by it too but I go around it. It's just not a feature I care for any more.

 

So far my solution has been to just leave the Main Page alone, use a bookmark to navigate straight to Browse files/Categories (or one of my mods) and adjust for Most Recent or Last Updated to see what's new. I already know what's on the Hot Files (not likely to change any time soon) and this way I still keep up to date without getting frustrated. :smile:

My mod has nothing to do with skimpy, it's recoloured vanilla armours, but I tagged it CBBE so that people search for CBBE compatible armour can find my NORMAL armours that I made compatible with CBBE. If you have an issue with nudity and skimpy, just block those, and Bodyslide Presets. You'll miss out on great armours, that are vanilla, if you condemn the whole CBBE tag :wink:

 

I'm a woman and I love CBBE and especially Bodyslide/Outfit Studio, let's me have a normal shaped body instead of Beth's awkward stickwoman.

 

I don't understand what is this issue with the hot files. Mine looks quite interesting and varied:

Everyone is offended by something. I am offended that you are offended so if we remove all offensive content, then you must go. :whistling:

 

I see people who are offended by the following

Nudity, skimpy, Overly endowed female bodies ( whether nude or not) Under endowed female bodies, children( nearly any mod that does anything with children seems to offend someone) Futa :blink:, Shojo, Anime, MLP, Furry, Profanity, lack of profanity (really), Not lore, Not MY lore, Joke mods, cheat mods, overpowered weapons, underpowered weapons, over powered armor, Non 'realistic' mods, Non realistic female armor (there is no such thing as realistic female armor :rolleyes: ), romance mods, Lack of romance mods, Various companions mods, The accent of a voiced companion :pinch: , hairstyles, Hair color, Clothing (for various reasons not related to skimpy) Certain kinds of creatures, lack of certain kinds of creatures - the list could go on and on.

 

The point being - if we were to give in to someone who is offended by something they don't care for, then we open ourselves to demands by others who will demand their pet dislike MUST! be removed as well. And if we remove anything that could possibly offend anyone - there wouldn't be any mods left.
