nosisab
About Nexus keeping the mods from banned people is first and foremost because they may have dependencies and something alike (and the removing could harm other users). Second but not least, the author or licensed user him/herself consented/upload it here (what does not allow him/her to break the rules), far from the same thing as taking the mod by "force" without the author consent, these cases are treated accordingly by the Nexus staff. PS: In the end, all mods for her games belong to Bethesda, the author is recon as such and gets the just respect, but not the ownership (that can be the legal hook for sites which don't follow this gentlemen pact, but they might need to answer to Bethesda if it ever wish so). The drawback is those sites become ill famed quickly and hardly can keep pace with updates. PPS: I think the same rules apply to other games publishers. Metallicow
Nope, read the real papers.Blues... what is blue about it. Blue is a color. Sign of the times. Most people would call me a lair, if I said I own a 1929 willis 'wippit'band spanking new sitting in a building I own. BTW I own the building also.Funny there where only so many of them made. And it has wooden spokes.laugh out loud. I find liar to be a fighting word. Most tactful foes would at least say "I handled the truth rather carelessly" Play nice now. I own a printing press also. And know how to operate it.LOL Nevermind the answer, get back to the subject of the thread at hand. The question wasn't really meant to be answered. It was for *cough* others to seek knowledge about the subject(why this thread keeps rolling on...)
