SSL Testing on Nexus Mods

No lock (chrome says site not secure) and also I can't download anything. I haven't downloaded anything in the past couple of weeks until yesterday so I have no idea if these has something to do with the SSL implementation or not. Tried today to download mods and still can't.

Padlocks? What padlocks? Using IE11 (Win 10) and nothing to indicate the page is secured. Downloads and everything else works as normal. Forums are showing secure. Edited by BlueGunk

Chrome really doesn't like the cipher suite Nexus is using. I'm getting the following error in the forums, and no encryption at all on the main site.
