Already whitelisted the Nexus on my adblocker, but since I'm permanent premium - I never saw any ads anyway.

Kudos to you for actually caring about the Nexus, enough to sort out ad problems!

I've been to far too many sites who don't care about their community once the ads are in place, which ends up chasing people away and to make more money for the drop in ad revenue, the ads become more and more intrusive.

Thanks (and to the other staff) for keeping the Nexus as amazing (and community driven) as it is!

Well, I'm happy this happened. Years ago I too often saw websites, with lowered head, serve ads they had no choice or control over because it was tough to get a deal on em as a starting website. With this now comes a sign I hope will become (or remain, if you're being really positive) a trend where ad providers (and hopefully in extent, ad creators) are the ones scrambling to cut a deal. My belief is that this direction will lead to better ads.

And with it, I'll always believe Adblocking is a symptom of a bigger issue, and enjoyable ads are the cure to the problem Adblocking is a part of. I wouldn't consider it too late yet for us, not all hope is lost for free internet content.

Now here's to hoping Youtube will stop serving me damned french ads just because I live in the Flemish part of Belgium.

You are awesome. I have trusted Nexusmods for a number of years now. While I am not a permanent subscriber, I do intermittently buy temporary membership whenever I have time for a lot of modding. I have never found the need to run an adblocker on your site. It it gratifying to know that you are staying on top of this issue. Thank you.

I know I'm repeating what many people have already said, but I also want to say thank you for caring enough about the nexus to go to the lengths you have. I've used ad blockers myself for a while now, but I never used to. I only started when more sites began spamming pop-unders, & since I live in an area with terrible speed & latency, embeded video ads that I couldn't stop. I had no problem with images that just sat on the page & didn't interfere with anything... & I always wondered if anyone else could see why more people are blocking.

Champion. That's all I can say. My deepest thanks, & like others, whitelisted.

I've had my Adblock turned off on Nexus for as long as I can remember, but I don't remember seeing any ads. Then I remembered that I was a Premium member for a while a couple years ago, and apparently that comes with a lifetime of no ads! I had no idea. That is pretty neat, but I personally wouldn't mind still seeing ads. Nexus has always been good to me, and I wouldn't mind supporting it with ad views since my disposable income isn't what it used to be.

Anyways, I am glad to see you are taking this so seriously. Keep it up!

Thank you so much for working on this and standing up for your users. I'm so sick auto playing ads, especially the delayed ones since I like to keep nexus tabs up in my browser as I play my games to experiment with mods. It's so annoying when I'm sneaking up on Super Mutants and suddenly some lady starts blathering on about God knows what and confuses the hell out of me. Then I have to close those tabs which sometimes forces me to quit my game. I hope this switch resolves the issue so you don't have to waste anymore time on this nuisance. Good luck!
