It's quite easy to forget to look at what forum a post is in.

These mod author forums are a bit of an interesting social experiment to see if mod authors will treat each other with respect or whether it will just turn in to mud slinging like on the normal forums. If the debate does take off I'd be interested to see which direction it takes.

Well from my view of this so far, I believe it's going quite well.

I'm not seeing much fighting, everyone is talking to eachother like on the normal forums (more or less)

I do tend to avoid the larger conversations though.

I suppose it could be still classed as "early days" but I'm really happy a place like this exists.

Nice to have a guilt free conversation :P

My fault for closing that one. Sorry about that. I don't go through the daily posts by forums but by active content so these forums are mixed in with the rest based on post time. And I didn't look to see what forum it came from before shutting it down.

I locked that topic, thought it was in the general forums...sorry, was late and I erred on thee side of sanity.

Too funny. Will the real thread locker please stand up please stand up please stand up.

Ok fine, i locked that thread.. jeez :ohdear:

Well, I for one could easily imagine that constantly having to deal with borderline post mentality and forum uproars could indeed cause a severe loss of brain cells, after several years of dedicated service to the community. So a little confusion like this from time to time is perfectly understandable to me and I wouldn't suspect Alzheimer right away. ;D

My utmost respect to the moderators for keeping up with all of this,... without loosing their sanity in the process.
