The codes are very similar to Oblivion. Open the console by pressing the back-tick / tilde key which is typically located directly to the left of the 1 key and above the TAB key. Press it again to close the console.

With some experimentation, I've found the following:

Player.GetAV >insert code here<

  Reveal hidden contents

Once you see the current value using GetAV, you can then choose to set it to a new value using SetAV or modify it using ModAV

Set AV Example:

  Reveal hidden contents

The above will set your carry weight to 100 regardless of what it was before.

Mod AV Example:

  Reveal hidden contents

The above will add 100 to your existing carry weight.

Dragon Shout Cool-down time reduction:

Player size:

AddItem code notes about shorthand usage:

Some AddItem codes for Weapons:

Some AddItem codes for Apparel:

Some AddItem codes for Potions:

Some AddItem codes for Scrolls:

Some AddItem codes for Food:

Some AddItem codes for Ingredients:

Some AddItem codes for recipes:

Some AddItem codes for Skill Books:

Some AddItem codes for Spell Tomes:

Some AddItem codes for Keys:

Some AddItem codes for Misc:

Codes for Companion NPCs:

Adding Factions:

For screenshots:

tm = toggle menus

tfc = toggle free camera (from 3rd person mode)

Other goodies:

tgm = toggle god mode (NOTE: Armor skills will not advance while this is enabled)

showracemenu = Display your character generation screen

incpcs [skillname] = Increment skill point by one. Example: incpcs speechcraft

Research:

The "help" command can be useful in finding all sorts of information. Don't forget to press PAGE UP to see more if the command returned many items.

Syntax: Help " Search Item" 0

Examples:

Help "daedric helmet" 0 (this will show armor)

Help "daedric sword" 0 (this will show weapons)

Help "potion of healing" 0 (info about a potion)

Help "novice destruction" 0 (info about a perk)

Help "Ralof" 0 (info about an NPC)

See post #50 in this thread for list of Perk Codes.

And finally, to exit the game quickly, type qqq in the console.

To unlock a door or chest, press the console key, use the mouse and left-click the locked object and type unlock

To resurrect a recently dead NPC, press the console key, use the mouse and left-click the dead NPC and type resurrect

To get the Hex ID of any item that can be placed in a container or on an NPC, simply add the item(s) to the container, then press the console key, use the mouse to left-click the container and type ShowInventory.

EDIT: If you are wondering why I messed around with this so early...simple...I wanted my Bag-O-Holding mod but there is no Creation Kit available yet and setting the carryweight value does the trick. Since I was figuring that one out, might as well document what I find along the way.

Oh, and the well-known free gold cheat works too:

TGM still works? I know what codes I'll be using.

TGM is a no-go...

player.setlevel and advlevel however do work.

What?! I need that for playtesting! Modding time.

Yes, it does works. Just like in oblivion. Most oblivion codes work.

a very useful post. though I prefer to go trough the lvling the normal way the first time around.

On the other hand tmm 1 and adding money to my pockets proves to be useful of the oblivion "cheats".

btw, any of you know how to increase the speed of the character ( like in running speed) ?

I feel incredible slow, even when running. and in oblivion it was just to player.setav speed 200, but it looks like its not that simple here in skyrim.
