Sacremas wrote: The site is usable on smartphones now, I used it during my holidays a week ago, made a post on Ordinator's pages and all. It just requires a LOT of zooming and messing around. And yes, typing can be painful, especially with autocorrect enabled on another language. X(
Corpsehatch wrote: @Sacremas - I sometimes post comments on mods while on break at work. Not the most ideal thing to do from a phone.

Maybe not download but browsing new files? That's what I do on work. Our proxy doesn't allow me to access nexus via the company's internet connection.

Just created these to give you all some example:

Download? I can't even get to my own mod pages from the main page because tapping on Files deploys the dropdown menu for 0.1 seconds before loading the Top Files page because phones don't have mouseover events.

This is by no means final, but these are a few screens of how it will look on a phone.
Looks great, but I'm curious how well it will scale. I have a slightly bigger phone and many sites go haywire and shrink into a corner or the navigation menu is off screen. If you can make this work, you're doing a better job than my bank!

Guess I'm one of the few tin-foil hat peeps, I don't own nor use a mobile device since I work from home.

Just have a pair of VOIP services for work + business + personal use.

Enai, there is a way to open that bar. Just hold the link for a few second so the "open in new tab" menu opens. Close the menu and the link menu will be open for ya.

maybe add more filter options.

like : most viewed. most liked. most recent.

and timestamps : all time. this year. previous 3 months . 1 month . this week . this day.

or/and you could add staff picks.

or picks by famous or well know curators that made categories they shared.

"Mod Profiles" sounds a little like the Categories thingy you've got in mind.

Looks nice guys! Kinda reminds me of the new Origin look that is currently beta, however alot more functional than Origin's future new look.

However, I hope that when you guys will start to make this public, make it first an optional beta so that the biggest and worst bugs can be figured out before the updated site hits everyone. Just in case there are bugs that breaks the site's functionality, speed and etc.

I'd like to see custom timestamps too 'between x and x' or something.

i second it! search between dates (ranges) should be very easy to implement in SQL queries.

Agreed, make it public. Would love to surf it in Beta.

My Firebug plugin stands ready to help.

One other item. Going out on a limb here but my guess, as a former popular game server admin, is that very many of the gamers you are targeting with the news and articles just don't want to read stuff. Going by what AARP says, this is coming from a game playing senior citizen, but that is my experience. I would think that the heat maps you are seeing are truly indicative of what most gamers want. Sadly... Edited by ittabena

Well as a premium I can't really fuss about ads anymore but I was free member for a long time, so how much space will the ad side bars take up and will the site dynamically adjust to take as much screen estate as possible when using bigger screen or when not having the ads, otherwise from what you've shown us it does look very neat :)
