Anyone else remember this and know where to get it? But Duke Patricks Combat Tweaks mod as this as one of the features.I think thats the one, but the Mod i saw was very simple, instead of Health, it reduces Stamina while Blocking only. This Member just tweaked the Health Reduce Blocking to Stamina Reduce Blocking. Anyway, last night i saw Dawnstar nearly wiped itself out when a Dragon attacked, witch could break essential Quests, is there a Mod that makes the Citizens run to their Homes or the Inn.
